73Worst KFC ever. Chips were stale and cold asked for a new batch got the same chips in a lager size heated up. Epic facepalm moment.
It has almost everything you expect food fried with a strong emphasis on chicken, however please be advised the location is not in Kentucky, hence only 4 stars.
Wicked wings were cooked precisely and to perfection. I could not fault the flavour texture appearance and freshness. Staff extremely courteous and place squeaky clean. Well done.
It's convenient too do a drive thru but the restaurant itself lacks the feel of eating in. The floor was dirty, like it needed a good scrubbing.
We have ordered the Family Feast meal from the menu. Chickens were too salty but the salad and fries were good. The place and tables weren't so clean and tidy, but the staffs were nice and efficient.
Terrible store always miss part of your order in drive through and thats if they havent run out of chicken. 2nd rate store would give this one a miss.
No problems at all. The food is great and I have never had a complaint for this branch. (except the one time they forgot my gravy.
Gave me the wrong meal and when corrected gave me the wrong change, very careless, some proper staff training will be nice

Got told i could swap two wicked wings out of my 3 from a zinger box for 1 orginal. When i checked my box and only saw 1 orignal and no wicked wing i questioned it. The rude islander girl kept shouting at me its 3 wicked wings for one original. Thats fine! First of all, tell that too the rest of your staff so they know what to say and not get it wrong and secondly don't yell at customers. It was your stuff up not mine. Very disappointing and that girl let down the company with her attitude. Unhappy and upset customer.
KFC indoor design is actually fairly unique, fast orders, online order savvy and good customer service. Inside could be cleaner however.
Every time I go there through the drive through I have to wait because they ran out they cannot manage stock levels for customers
Place could be cleaned better as I'm seeing tables with leftover foods remained that way for almost half an hour (the restaurant was relatively empty at the time). Service is mostly good, but occasionally the servers were a bit.rude? They just seem disinterested in taking my orders sometimes. I get that you might be tired, but try to fake a smile, at least.
One start is way to much for this store.
One of the worse KFC I have ever had.
Need to learn when you package customers meals are for feeding people not animals.
So disappointed so discussing from the greasy old chicken.
Get your staff to head to the Clayton store and learn from them how to serve fresh chicken to customers.
