Your staff Veseal is very rude and imploit. He made lies to me and refuse to give what I should get. I will make a formal complaint on him any way. But please don't let one staff ruin your whole store

Worst kfc experience I've ever had. The chicken in the burger was dry as a mf needed a sunkist to wash it down. The chips were soggy and tasted awful. They didn't even include the mash and gravy in the box. The burger was stacked haphazardly and without care, and i had to rebuild it to be able to fit in my mouth properly, not to mention the coleslaw being watery and tasteless. Furthermore, the "crunch" of the corn chips was underwhelming at best. Overall I am very disappointed with the work ethic and discipline of the employees, and hope that they seriously consider new management.

Kudos to Vihan (in photo) who offered great service. Very busy during lunch period and waiting period is long but his effervescent smiles and politeness make up for it.

This store used to be really good and I came regularly. The staff are also very well hired/trained. I think it has change management a while back, the zinger is still good.

Parking is always a nightmare. Pulling out of a park you get cleaned up by idiots speeding through the driveway or turning in without watching. Net well thought through layout.

Inside is always dirty, tables never cleaned and covered in rubbish.

Vhan and Ethan through the drive through we absolutely amazing tonight! Very quick and efficient and very friendly!

Ordered takeaway hot and spicy chicken but received original recipe chicken instead, despite checking order with employee. He forgot to pack the drink as well. Sleepwalking through the day. Not a good look for the manager and restaurant.

It was good.but unexplainably salty.
May be occasional issue, but very unhealthy for medical reasons.

Been my go-to KFC since its opening. They have been very consistent in quality and speed and that's all you really want from a KFC.

Ordered a zinger box from DoorDash, cooked spectacularly and given everything I asked for, alongside a note attached on the box saying “Love u cutie xoxo”. Aamir, if you’re reading this, love u too?

The nicest staff, i think she was the manager but she was super friendly when i accidentally spilt my drink and gave me another immediately.i felt so terrible,
i’m so clumsy, but they were super nice abt it! Thank youu ️

Clean and well maintained. Probably one of the cleanest KFC's I've been to thus far. The food was not very oily either which was good.

Decent chicken! KFC for me has always been a franchise that greatly varies between stores. But this store has delivered me a few meals which all have been great; no complaints.

They had no chicken tenders but I guess that's due to delivery problems, staff was friendly enough

Whoever was on shift 5.48pm Mon 13th December and did my online order, I thank you all it was amazing.

Food was good as usual. Guy that served me couldn't count. Luckily I was eating there so l could claim my piece of chicken missing.

Been here a lot recently, and I have yet to have a negative experience. Food has been great, as has the service. Not sure why people are giving 1 star for a delivery service's mistakes.
