Do yourself a favour and order on Deliveroo with pickup option. Otherwise you'll have to wait half an hour for Deliveroo orders to clear up during peak times. As slow as a snail and attitudes to pee off the calmest of us.

The chicken without crust was put back for the Deliveroo driver. I turned around for a sec, and shoved it in my box!

All round great service. Food, customer service, speedy.

First day coming out of lockdown and they're getting absolutely smashed, but food was still ready in less than 5 minutes. Food fresh, tasty and well made.

Very solid experience.

Recently, came to get the 10 for 10 boneless chicken thingy, but i think they substitute some of the pieces with chicken strips and they were tiny. But it was still a good deal, and the only place that still had this deal up on the app in my area.so kudos.

Worst service, first time i have been to a fast food joint and they weren't interested in taking my money, sat in the drive through waiting guess its not like the ad says, more like waste your time then go somewhere else, hopefully the guy after me got served but i doubt it

Waited 10 minutes at the front counter, no one came to take mine or 4 other people's orders

A typical kfc location, can get a little messy sometimes when it gets busy. Drive through is not hard to navigate, 2/5 for the difficulty if you drive a sizable car.

I've had original recipe here a few times which tastes like fish. It's probably rancid. The few times I have had eatable chicken from here, it's been emergency stock which is fast cooked and looses all the flavor.

KFC Glen Waverley is good but not great as the ground of the place can be sometimes greasy. Several of the workers there can be rude but the other workers help you through everything. They help you throughout your order and have great knowledge of all of the meals there are.

Good customer service. Good food. The only thing they should consider doing is delivery service.

Extremely fast service, best food out of all the other KFC I've been to. The staff were extremely friendly and experienced in what they were doing. I was in and out of drive thru (with a $50 order) in under 2 mins.

Just a tip: order through the app for better value for money and also quicker service. You can pay online and just tell them your order number and drive straight through.

Good service and usually top notch. On one occasion I found that several chips had a raw potato taste in the centre as if a few were undercooked and mixed in. Have been back since and not had the problem again.

The Glen Waverley KFC that was in the Centro (a few years ago) was not to the standard that I would accept from a KFC. However, this new installment is miles better than the last one. In the week it has been open, service has been friendly and chicken has been well-seasoned and suprisingly moist. Would reccommend.

Told 10 minutes after ordering that there was no chicken wings, resulting in part order being cold while waiting for replacement order, crazy, poor organising

Food is always good but this is a the second time when the complete order was not in the take away container which is annoying. Not a difficult job guys.

This KFC never lets me down its very good. Also the Drive thru is very good and quick, no mistakes. Parking is limited at times so be mindful, you may need to park on the adjoining street.

UPDATE: The renovations have freshened the place and gave more seating room. Now people can really enjoy eating here. There are now also new machines that can take your order, like the ones at McDonalds.

Difficult to get in / out (small cramped car park on a busy main road). Food quality inconsistent.

Ordered here from Deliveroo and I wouldn’t have higher praises. Order was accepted immediately and once I tucked in I realised they had given me an extra tender. By far one of the best KFC restaurants in the chain.

Good KFC as usual. Staff needs more training on how to use system and print correct tax invoice if customer asks for it.

Some days good chicken, some days chicken dry like the Saharan desert or like my town back in India!

Chips are ok, chicken tenders here aren't usually good, nuggets are great. Gravy can be really good sometimes.
