59Inedible, worst kfc ever, tasted off, actually got a chicken wing? Instead of a piece of chicken, avoid!
Maybe it was just the evening I went there, but, this KFC was so poorly run by young people, that I waited 20 mins standing in the shop, while the priority was given to the drive through.
I won't be going back there.

Never have I had bad service or bad chicken from here.always fresh, always polite and friendly and always fast.
Walked out after waiting 5 mins to get served, 3 staff working the counter side busy filling orders which totally accept but my presence not even acknowledged, went across the car park and bought chicken chips and gravy instead
The food was good but the outside seating was very dirty, so if u drop any food on the table u do not want to eat it once it has touched the table.
Normally v.good.this time slow and uncoordinated as busy. I ordered online for pickup and still had to wait for ages as if i had just ordered.
Don't eat junk food often any more. This place assists with that choice. Fries soft and undercooked. No potato and gravy available for sale. Asked for, had confirmed and did not receive x 2 breast pieces of chicken. Got a drumstick and piece of bone covered in batter. All went in bin.
Good. I used to avoid this KFC as one of the worst. But it looks like things have changed. We've now had a few good meals here.
Lovely girl who served us but they were sooooooo slow with everyone's orders & STILL got ours wrong.
Anyways.you get that!
Ok customer service. Not much of a wait time at all for the food. And food of the usual KFC quality.

Long ques at Friday tradie knock off time and they forgot my extra salt but the facilities were spotless and great customer service,
Their drive through sound system made it difficult for the poor staff to take orders. How frustrating for them, and me. Then they made mistakes and had to fix it up. Food was fantastic, freshly cooked and delicious.
Waited for half an hour, the food was warm and the excuse given was technical difficulties. Not happy, neither were the several others who waited longer than us with poor service. We will not be going back.
Best kfc on the Mornington peninsula, chips are perfect and so is the chicken. Highly recommend
Try the Zinger Stacker burger. It is awesome. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that every now and then I have the wrong food in my bag. Otherwise there very quick and make great food.
