Very KFC of you to have a broken toilet and chicken on the floor of the disabled toilet while the blokes is out of order. Nice.

Ordered a zinger burger box (3 wicked wings) + 6 wicked wings. Completely missed out on the burger box and just got random bits of chicken? Not even wings. Response by store was “oh sorry it was busy” - you missed majority of the meal? Absolutely disgraceful service.

How do you forget someone’s order when there’s literally nobody there Do people who work in these fast food joints actually possess a brain?

I generally order on the KFC app for the pick up deals. 2 out of the last 3 orders have had items missing when I get them home.
Check your orders before you leave the drive through.

The place is slow and the food was cold and there was no lettuce and they all just stand around look and doing nothing. We walked in and we didn’t even get to eat together one family meal too 20 min mine took over half hour and my nieces took 40 min will never come back here ever and I’m from Tasmania and it’s the worst kfc I have ever been to. Clean the place up it looks disgusting and dirty

I don’t think I’ve ever given a review in my life but they were out of choccy mousse so they gave me an extra chips with a little note so 10/10

Slowest fast food I've ever had! Over a thirty minute wait to get a couple of cold soggy chicken burgers, pretty ordinary service to be honest.

Hastings KFC is the worst in the universe. Desperate for good KFC we decided to Frankston South.
The Mashies Fill Up Box is a tasteless joke.

Have had a few bad experiences with missing Items from our order. Called up very agitated and Connor was very apologetic and rectified the missing items. Thanks Connor

Ordered my one bucket at 7: 52, received it at 8: 54. Thanks KFC Frankston.

Food was hot but I had to wait a long time to be served, I stood there waiting while workers were in the back talking

Went at 1730 for dinner Asked for fresh fillets they offered only fillets from 10min ago. They said new fillets would take 30min? So they lied? I’m not paying for stale food. I went somewhere else as the staff here are rude and lazy

Absolutely disgusted with our experience.we ordered a zinger stacker with boneless chicken to which my partner took a bite of (as you do) and immediately spitting it out after realising it’s undercooked! Pure pink inside.also asked for extra salt on the chips which was not done.poor store.

Some round worker named Zachary took my burger out of the box and ate it in front of me
Also some fella in the back named Scott dropped a piece of chicken and then ate it

I haven’t had salted chips from this place ever.

Excellent customer service and chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. As it should be.

Staff are nice but forgetting to put Coleslaw in with my order very dissatisfied, wrap was average, chips were average. Kfc have been declining in their quality and service in putting order together. Mornington kfc I've scratch of my list and now this one. Have a good day people.

Updated. This place is struggling. Lady in front of me was given almost empty chip boxes. Lucky she checked. No shortage available. Just half-arsed

For the third time, buying chicken
It is always over cooked, and some the actual chicken has no coating on it and the chicken is dry.
Really disappointed.as I loved KFC.but I'm not going to bother anymore.

I had to wait an hour m. When I got my food, one of my chicken nuggets had a bite mark and the chips were extremely soggy.
