KFC Frankston South

This joke of a kfc opened late then told me I had to order on one the self server screen which didn’t have the whole menu on it, tried to go through drive through and then they said cash only and this is all after making me wait 20mins just to say they couldn’t do it. What a waste of time, called there head office to complain. I don’t know what I was expecting especially because it’s Frankston kfc, bunch of inbreed deros go back to your mental hospital! I considered this KFC the best around but since there new Reno, l would class it to be the worst. Chicken tenders not much bigger than the dipping sauce and chips that were stone cold and no salt. Waiting time 25 mins. Thought it was a one timer but has happened again. Lift your game Frankston south KFC.

Poor/slow service, given wrong product. Had to change it over 3 times! Seriously, how hard can it be? Lol

The drive through wasn't operational, the self order terminals were not working until u placed the order, staff was slow and taking their time to order while being short staffed. Food was good at least.

Rude service manger needs to learn customer service skills. Don't ask for fresh chips they will just put them back in the deep fryer and regive you them. What a joke.

Consistently cold food. Ask for extra salt, you get none and consistently given the wrong food so have to drive back around or walk back in. Very badly managed, very slow and the young kids only have one side of the brain working. The other side is thinking about the weekend?

Went to kfc frankston to get chips and was shocked at the 1 hour wait time and horrible service

James out the front did a great job, hope he gets a good amount of pay because he is a great worker!

Bit of a wait but to be expected when you're there around dinner time. We ordered via the app and planned to drive thru but it was queued up around the block so picked up instore. Food good, staff friendly, only complaint was the slushie machines were out of order

Not a great experience. Drive through was closed due to wftpos machine not working, wait time was outrageous, chips had no seasoning or salt. Overall, extremely disappointing and definitely not "fast" food. But their redeeming quality was the staff, who were all friendly despite clearly being overworked and understaffed and stressed, on that particular day

Disappointed with the wait time, 30 minutes waiting for two meals. Staff were apologetic though.

KFC Frankston South is a really good KFC
Very convenient and always on top of their game when it comes to service and orders, I've never had a single issue with this location ever and I have been through plenty!
Of course I recommend KFC Frankston South!

Place was busy but the staff were great and doing all they could to serve everyone as fast as they could.
Very friendly staff.can't fault them
Food was great too. 10 out of 10.

I went through drive through yesterday (Thursday 19-12) ordered 3 piece pack and large chips, paid and went to collect at next window and was told they had to cater for a large order and offered a zinger burger instead. I accepted and when home found that it was a very average small burger and the chips were cold. If you cannot supply original chicken pieces and hot chips then don t open for business. I paid for a 3 piece meal and got this rubbish.

Ordered 3 zinger combos after waiting 20 mins I was given 2 zinger combos. When I pointed it out I was told to go back through the drive through again as they only put 2 through. Nothing they could do unless I queued again. This service is why the other frankston KFC is a lot busier than this one!

Bought a family bucket here a few months ago waited for 20mins in the drive through, thats OK it should be fresh. Get my meal home chips arent even luke warm, chicken cold and swimming in grease threw the whole lot in the bin. Complained, got a voucher for that store between certain dates. 2 days later the KFC was shut down for renovations and didnt open back up until the voucher had expired. Emailed them back twice no response. Will never go back to this store and will tell others not to do so as well. Used to be good.

I went to kfc Frankston tonight, the staff, mainly boys, had no idea what they were doing! A number of customers came back into the store because their orders had been stuffed up. 1 guy waited 10mins in drive through, came in store as the 25 nuggets he ordered were given to another customer! My friend with me, did not receive her drink she had paid for either. My chips were almost cold. It was the worst service l have ever seen here.

Staff didn't put the lid on the gravy correctly and it leaked and the box all but exploded. Took it back to get a new one and the staff member was trying to "salvage" items from the box to put in a new one. So I ended up with a couple stone cold items, the stringiest little tenders I've ever seen and a very strange tasting pale and extremely watery gravy. Successfully put me off eating KFC again any time soon. Thanks!
