KFC Footscray

The dining area was filthy. There was a greasy film all over the floors in the restaurant. The ladies toilet was disgusting. Mould on the walls, wee on the floor, a brown dirty ring in the toilet, hair and poo on the floor. The hand basin was yellow, taps were sticky. Bad bad smelling.
Food was not great and our order was wrong. Cold chips, no drinks w meals.
Front glass door was smashed, gladwrapped and stickytaped.
The whole place should be condemned. GROSS!

Nathan a newbie was polite boy who went to hunt for toilet paper. However, he has lazy (girl wearing black scarf) and a rude Indian girl as his mentoring example.
Nathan was trying to open staff excess door and even knocking to get toilet paper Later the Indian girl called out the door code which we all customer could hear.
There was packets and food on floor and table.
Hopefully Nathan gets a good mentors of KFC customer service.

Just make sure if you head on weeknights. Queues galore and you will wait 20.

Also they have of not giving napkins and refresher towel for some reason.

Worst KFC store ever. Waited for over 30mins for an online order. There were only 3 orders in the queue but staff were so slow making the orders. Need better trained staff and manager. Previous order two weeks ago, it took 20 mins. Not going back here again even though it the closest to home. Feel sorry for the delivery guys waiting to pick up the orders.

If there is no star i will rate this store location it will take so long if you ordered so don't ever try to visit and eat in here it's too bad

Although KFC food is mostly ready to be served but at this branch the waiting time is too much. Had to wait for atleast half n hour to get my food.

Arrived at the store two hours before their advertised closing time.

All the lights are off, all their warmers are clearly off and most of the store is cleaned already.

They'd already sold out of potato and gravy, original recipe chicken and their wicked wings. We were offered coleslaw and a chicken tenders in lieu of 3 outta the 5 items we'd ordered being unavailable and ended up just asking for a refund.

Fortunately the young girl was very friendly, apologetic and promptly got us a refund but it was overall very disappointing that they're essentially closed almost 2 hours before they're supposed to be.

The worst kfc in Victoria. The chicken pieces in this kfc is so small it's embarrassing. I even ordered the burger tower, the piece of chicken on it was like 1/3 of the roll. Extremely disappointed

This kfc has got to be the best one I've been to. The food was super fresh and hot when I got it and tasted great. The chips were perfect too

Disinterested staff and disappointing food quality. I don’t expect much from KFC, but this is as bad as they come.

This is the worst KFC i have ever been to. All the tables were dirty and even when we found a "clean" table, it was very sticky. My sister wanted to go to the bathroom, but it was and it was absolutely disgusting and unusable, the employee working told us to use the mens bathroom but even then it was nasty. You will never find me back here again

Walked in to order a 3-piece box only to be told no chicken for at least 16min. Really? It’s Saturday. Dinnertime. Isn’t having chicken ready your business? This is not the first time it’s happened.
I left to get a meal elsewhere. Not going back in a hurry.

So bad, ordered ultimate box got home find double tender burger in it.
Make sure u check ur order before u leave the shop.

Unbelievably incompetent staff. Staff not serving. 4 staff completely backed up with just 3 orders!

Worst KFC experience i have ever had. Visited this KFC a number of times and have always been majorly disappointed. I don't understand why they are so far away from the franchise model. I won't be back.

I rekon this is one of the best kfcs. My service was fast and my food was nice and fresh, the place is always tidy including toilets and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely be coming here again. This kfc never fails to disappoint, awesome job staff keep up the good work.

Ordered a large zinger box meal got no zinger burger. The girl brianna who served me absolutey useless. Recommend by passing this joint and get a pizza instead

Three stars only because the food was OK! The music was so loud when we walked in and the girls working there looked like they were having a party! The ladies room had no toilet paper and no hand wash and was so dirty! Who's supervising these kids when they are working? This store needs a BIG overhaul.beginning with the staff! Not happy: (

How can you leave "kids " by them self after 7 pm? That's irresponsible!
And nothing, this place is horrible and disgusting. You should close this one

Been here twice as driveins, both times the chicken pieces sizes was definitely below average and has been dry. Service times was okayish but could be better
