Worse kfc in melbourne had to wait 25 minutes to be served, the girls only wanted to chat to each rather than serve there customers, to make it worse got the wrong burger and no spoon for my potato and gravy

Ordered via the KFC app. Driver went to the restaurant and they had given it to some random. Refused to remake the order. Took two hours before they admitted the issue and still refused to remake it. Very frustrating, terrible service and communication.

Okay, where do I start. I’ve been to this KFC many times due to living in the area and normally, it’s pretty good for fast food. The past few months have been pretty poor to be honest. I understand it’s fast food and to and to keep my hopes low but to head into a KFC at 8pm on a Sunday night for the staff to say we are out of chicken and it will take around 30mins is a bit piss poor. I understand it gets busy during a rush, but to say you’ve run out of chicken and then say, “ oh, it will only be another 5 minutes”, to then have us wait in the DT car park for another 15mins is a joke. They really need to up their game or honestly change management because it seems like nothing ever changes the few times we go back on weekends. Just, do better.

Slowest service ever. Staff is chilling litterly in front of me instead of making orders. Elderly customers are standing inside for their orders. Time 08: 25 at 28 september 2023. No one is at the front

They finally renovated this store which was long overdue. Tried something off the secret menu, looked good as usual in the pictures but did the usual let down once I opened it, about 12 pieces of popcorn chicken a stack of lettuce and half a dozen corn chips. Bad value for money.

Staffs just stood around and chatted with each other, facing away from customer. I need to wait 40 mins for my order. Never want to come back to this kfc again

Was super busy, and to be honest I'm not the biggest KFC fan (I like crispy, and in Australia KFC fails to deliver; at this price they need to deliver).
The staff where amazing under huge pressure, I got some pop corn chicken (stripes were sold out) which was nice, the fries where piping hot and perfectly seasoned.

All in all this is a good KFC. I'll try some other menu items next time.

Bought the Hot and Crispy Zinger box, the hot and Crispy chicken strips were so small and even chicken in the Burger is thinner now.usually would be full now still hungry.

Shop was extremely dirty. Food wasn't very nice and it was cold. Service was slow and order took so long to come out even though the store wasn't busy.

Have to wait for my order 50mins. Not sure how old is the oil they have been using to fried tje chicken

Agree with the other comments, worst KFC I've been to as well.
Edit: I understand that it's hard for some to acknowledge that they were wrong, but they should at least properly look at the receipt and fulfil the order properly.

Very very disappointing, I would give this review a 0/5 stars if I could. Hands down, the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. We ordered 4 large chips for our sides, but was surprised to find that one of them was pretty much empty. The workers literally just threw in the scraps that was remaining, and thought they could get away with it. They didn’t even notify us about it and when we showed them, they said they’re still frying another batch so we’ll have to wait. So, they took our whole order away even though they only needed to replace the chips. We waited for at least 20-30mins, wondering how it can take that long. Eventually we went up to a them, and they actually lost our order… So, the up waiting another 10mins for a completely new order. The most ironic part is that after all that, they forgot to give another packet of chips, so we went to them and said they’re still missing one of the chips. Horrible service.

Can someone check in on the staff? Cause you know how people say that they cook with love, and that they can taste it? I can taste that they cook with depression. Tasted like they deep fried the chicken in mucus. Are yal not paying them enough? Cause it tastes like they wanna see what happens when you put ice cubes in the fryer.

Made online order, made slight mistake, manager did not wanted to refund or give me something to replace that order, did not even come out, took the full price for the 1.25ltr of drink and said sorry that's all.

The place is always dirty and food is frequently missing from my orders over the years. HOWEVER the food SLAPS. I just eat in my car.

I've been here a bunch of time recently (renovating a house) and I have to say it's been consistently good! Fresh food, fast service, friendly service. That's all I can ask for

Chicken was nice and fresh tasting today. We chose to go to the drive through so the food was lively and hot still when we ate it. Everytime we order via delivery its cold

Service is slow/non existent. But they sounded like they were having a great time out the back.
I seriously could have slaughtered and prepared the chicken myself in the time it took them to prepare the food

Hello and welcome to Footscray KFC. Where the workers are so depressed they don't speak to one another. Priotize Ubers over in house customers. Barely make any food. Wait over 10 minutes and still nothing. Maybe they should get a new set of workers. Or better yet, a new owner

Staff are quite slow and don’t know what customer service is. You’ll likely be able to do a return trip from Melbourne to Geelong and the food probably still won’t be ready.
