The food tastes good but sometimes, they are out of food and it takes such a long time to get the food.

Consistently the best KFC. Always fresh, drive thru is always fast and staff are attentive and friendly

Honestly the worst effen KFC in Melbourne, bunch of drop kicks run and work in this place. I had one staff lie to my face after I saw him not salting my chips, he then said it's already salted. Now I have a box of fkn soggy tasteless potatoes. Fast food isn't a hard job. Youre all pathetic.

Betty, an outstanding worker who helped me throughout the orders down to the pick up. Her kindness and thoughful comments towards my kids is outstanding.

The slowest service you'll ever experience for a fast food joint. The most frustrating part? It's been slow for the past 10 years and nothing has changed. Managers need to train staff better, or roster more staff.
No acknowledgement of customers waiting to order, many ended up leaving since their order was not taken and the wait was too long to even be acknowledged.

If it was dirt cheap I wouldn't complain.
Get it together KFC Footscray.

The worst workers ever, when ask for sweet and sour sauce, gave me supercharger sauce, didn’t even check the order properly. The manager should be the worst I believe. Went there times, service was disgusting.

Every time I come to KFC Footscray the food is either handed out cold, or if you try and order within 2 hours of the venue closing they tell you there are "no burgers, wings, or tenders. Only popcorn chicken. " Poor.

DISGUSTING SERVICE.waited 35 mins for my order and when it arrived was cold - nothing worse than cold chips!
The poor driver wasn't to blame - he said that the shop wasn't even busy.but he was kept waiting for half an hour.
NEVER AGAIN

Recently went in store to purchase family meal. Checked in at 7.29pm & came out 45 minutes later. Poor service & nothing was offered for my patience. Can do better KFC Footscray.

Tonight I picked up an order from this restaurant. Believe it or not? It took one hour for my order to get ready before I could pick it up! They kept me waiting in the restaurant for 60 minutes. When I called the supervisor and spoke to him, he gave me so many excuses that didn’t make sense at all and didn’t even apologise for that unreasonably wait time! Honestly, this wasn’t my first bad experience there and it’s very frustrating. They neither respect their customers nor delivery partners. Especially, their conduct towards delivery partners is not fair. I do not recommend this restaurant to anybody. It’s a waste of time over there.

Wanted to mention a young man called Adam who served me in drive thru today. Great service and an absolute gem! Thank you for being so kind and nice.

Food took 20 minutes, chips were unsalted and a wing was missing from my meal. No easy online system to contact to try and fix even though I used their online system for ordering, only social media for contact which did not respond.

This is the second time I’ve had chicken tenders from this restaurant where the bread-crumbs have had no crunch (and this was a freebie for the last fail). It doesn’t make sense, this is a busy KFC* so the chicken ought to be juicy and the bread-crumbs crunchy. But nope. Dry chicken, and floppy bread-crumbs.

* The crew are always VERY nice, but the store always seems on the edge of being out of control. This is clearly a management failure.

I’ve never been so disappointed with my kfc. I live in the area and this is my local store but no matter when I go they always mess up my order. I’ve had many a missing wing, or missing burger ingredient, or lack of chicken salt. I recently got a drink that had already been drunk from. Sorry but this is just no on for a kfc

Dirty toilets. Dirty dinning area. Sullen slow (oh so slow) staff. Will look for somewhere else next time for a takeaway night out.

But they did there best to go and reheat chicken that was sitting in the warmer god knows how long and gave me $110 worth of oil and stale chicken
Whoever is the owner wake up have a look around your business have a look at your staff have a look at ur business and locals and most important look at your reviews your store is a joke
Close it down if your not going to look after your locals and regulars and for god sake sell fresh food as much as you can
Sorry for this but its been going on too long

Every time I come back and give them another chance I regret it. 25 min+ wait at lunchtime, minimal chicken ready. No procedure in online order processing. Feel sorry for the staff that work the counter. Management or the store owner must be the problem or whoever organises training.

It's a standard KFC like many others. Although, on three occasions I have asked for burger sauce changes which have been noted on the receipt but haven't been fulfilled, and every time - every time I ask for the food to be fresh it's like they made it half an hour ago.
