THE YOUNG GIRL TAKING ORDER IN DRIVE THROUGH AT 1;25PM ON SAT 5/12 WAS VERGING ON ALMOST BEING AGRESSIVE. I WONT BE BACK.

Food is always cold, they always are getting the orders wrong. Have always had to go back because something wasn't put in the bag. And always with out fail the wraps packaging is covered in sauce, very bad considering the price you pay.

Service is very poor.waiting time is so long.despite that we ordered and paid online and pressed the button "Chick in" for the store to prepare the food before we left home.part of the order was so cold "wicked wings".
we were told to wait in the car outside the store but, no staff brough us the food; we had to drive through again to pick up as we waited and no one came to give us the food. It took us about an hour to just pick up KFC order -call that fast food- which wasn’t a big one.we will never go back to this store!

I’ve been coming to this kfc for the past 12 months and can say it’s easily one of the best I’ve been. (Drive thru only) every time I’ve ordered the food has been amazing, cooked hot, crispy and tender. The chips have an okay amount of salt but I opt for extra salt on order and it really packs a punch. Really fast service too, would recommend over the garbage maccas service over the road.

Very bad! Me and my sisters got delivery and went home only to find the sides wrong and my sisters burger meat raw, very bad service

I tried wicked win here 3 times and all 3 timesI got old oily wings, each time has a a 3 4 months gap. My bad memory made me doing same mistake over and over again, from second time I swear myselfr not order wings from here again but last week I done it again, and my memory quickly recalled. I never try anything except wicked from kfc so I have no idea about other items. This review to remind me before I make same mistake again

This is the second time in 2 weeks I have had KFC for dinner and both times I have had food poisoning. Last week I couldn't blame it on the KFC for sure but this is the 2nd and only time in 2 weeks we have had takeout so it's got to be the chicken. I am only posting this incase there are other cases so the source can be tracked.

Every single time we order from this KFC something is missing in the order. This time three piece feed became two, they forgot chicken strips and sauce. Fed up with this outlet and will never go back again. If there was a less than one star this outlet would get it.

Pretty disgusting that you physically have to clean the tables yourself as theyre all filthy not 1 clean table

Have been here multiple times but tonight was wrong i ordered a variety feast with 6 pieces of chicken ask for different pieces i got 6 legs

Cold chips. Yes. Really slow service yes. Still couldn't give me a complete order after waiting 15mins

I’m absolutely delighted that after having bad experience previously, tonight’s food and service were top-notch! Whoever was working and managing the store on 02/11/19! Well done! Keep up the great work!

Everytime i go there food gets worse and worse last time i will be going there, don't waste your time!

This KFC is your average run of the mill KFC. Nothing fancy, but can always get the food you were after. Have never recieved the wrong order from this store.

Food is always oily but overcooked and only just warm. I've not had one decent meal here unfortunately.
Floors and tables are neglected and filthy.
Yuck.

Orderd a zinger burger meal, waited while all the drive throughs were served first, about 10 minutes. Burger was nice enough but the chips lacked seasoning and not their usual crispy quality. Floor was filthy dirty with rubbish bins overflowing and rubbish greeting to the entrance.

I can't believe it! I asked for fish and they said they only serve CHICKEN! Would NOT recommend! Lol anyone know where there is any good fisH?

Decent place, but the frozen drink machines are very prone to making the icy drinks more like a liquid. The food is usually good- however I think i once got food poisoning from one of their burgers.

The kitchen was a mess, all the staff were wearing sloby clothes, they didn't have half the items that were on the menu and to be honest I didn't eat my gravy because I was scared I was going to get some "special sauce"

Services took so long dispute there being lots of staff on. Our chips were not cooked properly and twister had hardly any thing in it.
