Online ordering fails to work at checkout. Store ran out of product.

20220521 Online ordering still has the same problem.
Store is in middle of renovations atm, so only Drive Thru and Delivery available.

20221120 Online ordering was a success today. Collected via Drive Thru slow but okay. Renovations are over so could enter store.

Repeatedly fried chicken nuggets, the kitchen floor is full of garbage grease, this is one of the worst KFC I have ever eaten

Management is appalling and so rude and inconsiderate to their employees. The burgers are truly better at hungry jacks.

Chicken was absolutely horrible and the service I received was shocking. The chicken was disgusting and gave me food poisoning, not to mention the rudeness from the manager Chris.
Extremely disappointed!
Need a new manager.

Poor service, poorly prepared meals, poor everything. I went to get a Zinger box and opened the box to find a mess of items. Definitely not coming here again. A change of manager is needed.

Terrible chicken! Stale and gave me food poisoning! Save your time and go to a professional KFC that actually pays their workers. The manager Chris, is borderline abusive to his customers… overheard him screaming at his 15 year old employees, atrociously unprofessional and disgusting behaviour. Extremely unsatisfied and will never be going back there again.

I ordered Burger feast but the chicken was too dry we couldn't even chew it. The worst meal ever. Next time I'll go to Hungry Jacks!

So slow all the time, chicken is not crunchy and is unpleasant. Store workers are not attentive.

I live in Dandenong but happy to travel 10 minutes to E hills for this KFC as it is much better.chicken is always cooked perfectly and seasoned well. Downside is the drive through can get congested as it does not have a dedicated driveway. This at times also puts staff under pressure who at times can get irate.

Love the honesty of the staff. I asked for freshly made zinger and they told me it will take 25mins. Really appreciate the honesty. Taste and quality 4/5 l, it's usually great.

Rude service, then couldn’t fill online order.
That’s bad enough but it’s been over a week and despite three emails and a phone call, they still haven’t refunded the purchase or communicated in any way.
Avoid at all costs, it’s not far to an alternative with proper service who won’t steal your money.

Too noisy, not very clean and they didn't have what l wanted. Won't be going back any time soon.

Thought I'd give kfc endeavour hills a third try. Big mistake no fries in both tender boxes the popcorn chicken go bucket was a bit low and the fries were cold. So that's 3 out of 3 with incomplete orders and cold offerings. Lost me forever. Shame I can't give zero stars

Not terrible, not great, good enough chicken, chips are hit and miss, but zero complaints for kfc.

Chicken was hot and fresh. Had 10 fot $10 tenders deal with potato and gravy and chips. Tenders were hot but when opened box were all mashed together with coating falling off, they must have steamed in the box due to heat generated, but were still very tasty. Other 2 sides were hot and tasty with chips not over salted (I asked) and not soggy. Overall nice easy meal. Store overall looked clean and bright with QR code easy to access and maintained social distancing. Good job

Drive through was packed, indoors busy too but the counter was manned by a lone employee. Placed a fairly large order which was delivered in a timely manner but I made the mistake of not checking. When I got home realised the burgers had not been put into the bag. Called, was offered credit but decided to go back to collect the burgers as my kids wanted them. Waited and waited (10 minutes) in line to be served When the employee made eye contact, just put 3 burgers into a bag and placed them in the counter. No apology (it was the least I would have expected) was offered. The hallmark of a good outlet is courtesy and manners both of which were missing this instance. If you have to visit, check your order before leaving to avoid being inconvenienced and don’t expect the courtesy of being thanked for your business.

Drive trough, waited a long time to take my order. While waiting at the window looked inside, not a pretty sight rubbish almost ankle deep. At least put a divider up so customers can't see inside of the kitchen. Chips uncooked.
Next time we drive to Hallam KFC.

The chicken was over cooked and dry as were the chips tasted horrible with no seasoning on the chips. We also had to double check our order as they didn't fulfilled it properly. The store was also dirty the tables and were not clean.

Ordered 15 wicked wings and got 14 drumlets that was nowhere close
Don’t get me started on the 1/3 filled box of popcorn chicken
Multiple times bad experience.
