KFC Endeavour Hills

I don't buy take-aways often and this experience has left me wondering if the lack of quality and service is the norm and accepted these days. Ordered Zinger Burger box which includes 1 Zinger Burger, 2 pieces of hot and crispy, regular chips, regular potato/gravy and regular pepsi max. Well, the burger was luke warm and piece of chicken was chewy, there was no zinger in the burger! The hot and crispy chicken pieces were small, dried and not crispy. Nor were they spicy as advised! The chips were soggy and cold. The potato/gravy had a crust. The pepsi max was great! I also had to ask for napkins and hand wipes! If we were not on our way to an appointment, I would have turned around and requested fresh edible food. It is obvious that there was no love, passion nor training at this KFC - don't know if there was anyone in charge on duty! Just as I call out great food places, I call out bad ones as we should not accept bad food or customer service.

Very bad KFC. First time Gave me burnt chicken through drive through after waiting 15 minutes at waiting bay. Other times tell them about my order and still get it wrong. Always get soggy old burnt ships. Today Thursday 4/1/24 at 3.30 pm decided to go instead of drive thru. After 5 mins waiting to be served has to tell them anyone taking orders. Then had to wait another 20 mins while drive through gets serviced quick. Told them 3 times to make sure chips fresh and then they also had no gravy. Then gave me a large chips and trusted after telling them 3 times fresh not soggy chips got home and you guessed it. Burnt soggy chips can barely ear them. Management here or KFC needs to look at who's working here since this happens all the time. Also the kids working there have attitude all the time. Feel like the more you tell them to make sure order is correct and contents fresh they make your order worse. Kids if you don't want to work there go work at Kmart or somewhere else. Always muking around when I see them at drive through window even once dancing. Instead of cooking. Managment need to have a hard look before someone gets sick and make sure customers are getting what they paid for. Your employees here need training also on listening and communication since every time you tell them they make orders worse and give you attitude. Not good at all. And get more people at front to serve and not always make customers in store wait long and drive thru nice and easy, thought still got burnt chicken pieces that look led by the way from the morning or the day before. Get your act together.

That zinger box that kevin dropped into y hands were divined, i licked the meat right off of that bone while thinking of kevin.he is a fine young man.

I can't believe this. I love this KFC I had an excellent experience, the food was flavourful and exquisite. The place was pristine, sterile and very hygienic. The young boy I believe his name was victor was absolutely splendid excellent customer service, I haven't seen him in a while though not sure why but please let him know I'm a big fan of him. One gentlemen though, named Oscar was slow and was throwing stuff around the place. Overall I had a great experience at KFC! Me and my hubby will come again soon!

Food experience was shocking how do you send out burn fried chicken and chips the a under cooked chicken breast in my burger and missing extra piece of chicken never again rip off

Every time I order via drive thru they always forget something. Chips, sauces, nuggets in the past and I’m sick of calling to make a complaint only to say it won’t happen again.

They said cash only no ATM. So gave cash, then they said no let’s try ATM? So they swiped said it didn’t work and took the cash! Manager Grace said if it went through on ATM to call them. After I got home checked bank and yes I’d paid twice. Called them they asked for email for refund through head office at a later date. Wasn’t having it so had to drive back there to get my card swiped again for refund! No apologies at any time on phone or in person! Chips were also so burnt was going to ask for more on return but they looked just as bad sitting in the tray sad part is I just read all the 1 star reviews and looks like we are all saying the same thing!

Long waits, cold inside, go to Macca's or somewhere else. Waiting 20 minutes for "fast"
food is ridiculous. Happening thrice is unacceptable.

I think the secret herbs and spices didn’t reach Endeavour Hills. Something unusual is happening with the cooking of the chicken at this establishment…

Service! There is non, you are left at the counter the staff make eye contact with you but look away. Manger is at the back takes no notice.
Food is always hot and orders are always right. Just need to lift their service game, and clean alittle more.

The last two times I've gone here (weeks apart) for drive through, the drive through has been closed.

Unlike the KFC near my house, KFC Endeavour Hills always had whatever they mentioned in the menu.
KFC near me always change the zinger burger to original recipe burger in combo meals like value meal or burger feast.

It's KFC, you know what to expect, enough adds tell, show us. "finger lickin good '? ️

Alright. Not good here but the toilet was good. I was not happy and chucked a wobbaly at them. My feast was dropped sausages not chiken I'm.busy no time for nonscemt. Got trailer work. People to rip. I give. But toilet is clean. Am busy no tiwm

This is soooo far the most friendly KFC. Staff are very nice and approachable. Can't comment on the food.they all taste the same.

One of the better KFC in the area. It's small, so order via the app beforehand and you'll save money too

Always a quick pick up with the app. Only downside I they frequently forget my sauces. Never had an issue with the food itself. Temperature, taste, variety.

Dirty floors and tables everywhere, staff not serving, and food was cold and missing pieces too. They looked understaffed too

This place really is, 'hit or miss'. Like others say. Although most of the time you will find a lack of staff to take your order. Usually 1 or 2 people taking orders whilst making the food. It took about 5 minutes to get my order taken, no one was there. But only took another 5 mins to receive my order.

The food is also quite random 50% of the time you'll find your self eating soggy chips and funky tasting chicken. Other times its some of the best chips and chicken.

4/5 because its been pretty good recently.
