The customer service was fantastic and the manager was fantastic had a difficult customer but handled it so well

Yes it was great good service and succulent chicken unlike Bourke st KFC where they gave me burnt chicken i had to throw away! Good on ya Elizabeth st.

They literally lost my order, leaving me to wait for far to long, and then what they handed me was soggy and tiny. Like they mush have their own species of chickens to get wings that small.

Chicken very oily and some chicken pieces are fried excessively, not usual KFC standard. Very bad taste.

Bad service, I feel comfortable in a small place. The restaurant is dirty and the service is awefull!

Positives.they are open late and u know what you are getting. Negatives.can be dirty when busy no toilets.

Ever weekend their toilets are 'out of order' How about you do your jobs and stop being lazy and leave your toilets open!

What is going on you coming to eat something but cannot use the toilet and this every weekend happens very disappointing shouldn't be in a fast food restaurant

Food is good but the maintenance and the cleaning is very bad. Tables are not wiped so many rubbish on the floor, haven’t mop the floor, very dirty.

Popcorn chicken was fresh and delicious, but speed of service was extremely slow and wasn't that busy. Staff were moving very slowly and there were two people packing. Quality of food outweighed the speed though, and the popcorn chicken seemed freshly cooked so that may have had an effect on it.

Filthy dirty place with food and rubbish on the tables and strewn over the floor. The tired worn out furniture needs to be replaced.

Dirty place.tables were messy covered with food and spilt drinks. Floor was full of rubbish. Requested staff to clean a table so that we could sit down to eat. Eventually someone came and just pushed all the food off the table onto the floor with a dry cloth. This was done to 2 tables then she disappeared again.
Would not recommend eating here. Staff were very slow and just not bothered.

This is the biggear dump in Elizabeth St. Store is never clean, staff don't even clean up.the have some cleaners but they rather clean already clean tables. Location is bad as you constantly have honless begging or sitting down or taking leftovers.
Feels like a rubbish convention. Goto Bourke St or Melbourne Central. It's cleaner.

Yesterday I brought a three piece box from KFC and it was so terrible except for the French fries.

I even had a bad stomach upset after having it.

The Chicken wings were not even cooked properly and there were pieces coming out of it.

Maybe because it was because I went when youll were about to close down. But Please try to improve the quality of your food a bit more. Because customers pay money and come to youll with the intention of having quality food.

This place let's it's self down time and time again with its cleaning. It's extremely filty here almost all the time day and night and good and wrappers and trays can clutter the floors and tables

Food actually tasted pretty decent, chips were a bit dry. Ordered 9 for 9.95 and end up getting 7 wings. If I wanted that many wings I would have ordered just wings

I hardly ever given fast food joints 4 stars, but in comparison to American fast food, Aussie fast food rocks! I'm typically not the one to even stop in for fast food but occasionally when I'm overseas if there isn't a kebab, I'll give a fast food joint a try to see how it compares. My guy whose a local thought it was hilarious that I stopped in here for a quick bite. I wasn't let down by it in the end.
