Chicken was rubbery chips were were very soggey staff were very slow and snapping at each other looked like a lot of equiment wasnt working at all

Best service and members.only one thing i didn't like is they didn't give me large drink instead of potato gravy while buying zinger box. However, they used to give me before (3 4 times). Diffrent service with different time. Anyway, overall service was good

The place was cleaner then last time. They also added self service which is significantly more efficient. My last visit the food was bad fry chicken and flavorless chips. Great improvement.

Wish you could select no stars. Staff has horrible attitudes. Didn't catch the ladies name, but such bad attitude. Indian/Arabic lady I'm guessing

To the guys at the Elizabeth Street store, the Health Department needs to be aware of your lack of amenities to paying customers. Or was it just me you pretended that the "just the male toilet" was "broken" in the middle of the day, despite no out of order signs?

Very very disappointed with the food and i order wings wicked got raw wings wicked, no apologise and supervisor is rude while i bring up the issues.

Zinger chicken was way too oily and original chicken was way too dry the potato and gravy was past the time it should have been saved

Even though it's busy the staff manage to keep the dining area clean. They always have the chicken pieces I want unlike other stores in the city that run out.

Closed the store for a month with no warning and then reopened without App Ordering available. A huge franchise like KFC should have their stuff together.

I ordered supercharger chicken twister in a meal with 5 regular chicken pieces. When I opened my box, I got normal chicken twister and the wrap was too old, they didn't put the snack popcorn chicken and when asked about the staff, she even't apologise and didn't inform me about the snack popcorn chicken earlier that has been missing. Finally, got them after getting to counter twice. The main recipe of kfc, the regular chicken was so worst, there was no crispy batter at all, Disgrace to kfc.

We love the food here vs other KFCs but there never seems to be a clean place to sit at or even walk on which affects the experience.and the rating.

Restaurant was a disaster, Chips and popcorn chicken were under filled also. Won't return. Although the staff member serving was very nice

Hate this place, dirty and unhelpful staff most of the time. Quick bite to eat here. Weekend night times it becomes a warzone.

The food is ok. The store is usually very messy. They should hire more staff, specially during weekend nights.

Very busy store when we visited, but the food was well done and quick considering the vast numbers of people through the door. However, the cleaning of the tables and floors left me unimpressed. Oddly, the upstairs seating area is off limits.

SERIOUSLY.how many of your city "restaurants" can run out of the one ingredient your business sells? And get out and clean the place up occasionally. Just plain filthy. One star continues to be too many. POOR

Went here to buy 24 nuggets for $10 during the night. Ordered before the person behind me which he ordered the exact same thing as me. However his order came before mine. Seems like bad servicing to me, also didn't provide serviettes or anything like that with the bag.

Very poor service, having 3 people taking order after order and creating a huge backlog of people waiting to collect is not how you run a fast food joint

Its ok. The wait was far too long. They had a minimum of staff on and they didn't seem to interested in moving the orders along.

Service was great especially those serving but the food was a little greasy. Also, the guy cleaning rubbish was impolite; dusted rubbish bags in front of customers eating allowing dust to flow out.
