KFC Elizabeth Street Melbourne

I bought 6 pieces of wicked wings and the size of 2 pieces were just like popcorn. How can you do that? I remembered the lady with black hijab packed my order. Really disappointed

Ordered a regular fries and a large fries. The regular was cold and the large was hot.
The store was quite dirty.

Service is rubbish. They don't call out name, only number which doesn't help. Pretty messy inside as well. A bit more attention to these 2 things and the place would be alright.

They took about 15 mins to order my food as there was a problem. The manager came and I asked if she could just put my order through the machine and not my phone. She said no and made me wait until she figured how to take orders from the app. Very poor customer service.

Watery gravy, tiny with little batter on wicked wings, and stale chips.pretty poor standards for a kfc, wouldnt recommend

This is my common experience from kfc over the years. Avoid them in the late nights as their quality reduces (extremely oily). It's possible they have trainees at that time, not sure though.

One of the best branches ever when it comes to customer service and handling complaints
Today I ordered hot rods box and when I got home found a small piece of chicken and small burger and chips.i called the store and the manager sugar handle my complaint on very professional way as he apologize and gave me the hot rods meal.despite of being annoyed of what happened he absorbed all my disappointment and difinetely will repeat the experience again.

No eating inside, only take away for now. Was almost 15 mins to be served and had big line. I only went because my friend's kids who traveled from interstate insisted on wanting to eat KFC.

Absolutely horrible staff. Very poor service. Went in to get a 3 peice box. They botched the order and left out my gravy. They didn't know what they were doing. Also noticed other people going back complaining about food being left out of orders. Got it all on my camera glasses. AVOID THIS PLACE. They weren't even wearing their name tags. Makes me wonder how many complaints they've had. Worst KFC I've ever been to in my whole life.

Not the nicest KFC, Pretty grubby inside.the chips looked like they were cooked in dirty oil, the buns were stale the bacon was hard like plastic and with so much staff you would think that one of them would clean up after customers are finished with a table, but this is hardly happening, lift your game, I'm sick of lazy fast food restaurants.it's disgusting.

Worst kfc ever! Staffs not friendly and on top of that, they give you very small pieces of chicken which aren't worth your money compared to other branches. Plus, the chicken was more than a few days cooked as the skin of the crispy one was so dry and starting to change color! Very disappointed with this one! Won't recommend.

Ordered bacon and cheese burger, got chicken, lettuce and lots of mayo no bacon or cheese present. Check orders properly!

Everyone working there speaks in there own foreign language, makes the customer feel quite awkward and ignored. Completely lost the sense of customer service, I'm not sure if I'd ever return.

Ordered at 9.22pm. Wanted a combo, order was wrong and I was charged extra, when I told staff what happened I was told 2 minutes, waited a further 10-15 min for chips. Burger looked like it was made by a child. Store was extremely disorganised. Won't be returning. Not worth the chicken that died.

Poor customer service from lucas again. Poorly packing the meal and throwing it on the other far side of the bench, not handing it to me where i ordered. Food looked old. Even after i asked if it was fresh. Zero effort made.

Served by Lucas, who not only needs to work on his dance moves that he was performing behind the counter like someone on pills but also his customer service and manners. Food was not fresh. Burger dry, "fresh" chip brown.

I was speechlessly craving for wicked wings at that very night just an hour before their closing time, and I did ate all 15 pcs.of them at backpackers nearby, what else do you expect? Say what you wish, I'm still giving them 5 stars so what?

I usually order on the app but the introduction of order screens is great. Place is usually a mess with food over tables and the floor, great for takeaway.
