It is just for someone hungry and want to eat anything in front
Still the quality is horrible and service is weak

Most of my orders are wrong and I have to go back to correct the mistake they made.the chips are never salted at all.
I called to ask about a order I made on menu log an wanted to change my potato an gravy to coleslaw and I was told they couldn't.how hard would it be to drop a coleslaw in the box instead of a gravy.

Really unclean. Dirty tables, dirty chairs, messy toilets. Supposed to be a family restaurant. Even the burgers we're poorly made.

Consistent as always.renovations in drive through means not all the menu items are displayed which is a bit annoying but obviously short term

Love the food but there is NEVER enough salt on the chips even though I ask for extra salt. Apart from that Great staff

Friendly staff and fast service. Could really see all the team work that was happening in the kitchen. Most efficient Kfc i have ever seen!

Other than being the usual greasy chicken, this specific store had great service. Perhaps KFC can learn how they make Korean Chicken. It is also fried but wont make your hands feel like you just did an oil change on your car

Avoid delivery from this KFC branch! Knowing that it'll be busy during dinner time, I've ordered family feast at 4pm. Deliveroo order status showed that it'll be delivered at 7pm. At 7: 30pm, everyone was hungry and this branch decided to cancel my order (citing overwhelming orders).

Walked out today, insufficient staff, massive lines, and when it was our turn to order the server ran off to pack orders.
The week before, I drove off after no parking and a closed drive through.
Total disgrace of an operation, it has far out grown the site and the franchisee is a clear bean counter

Usually use this for kfc. Park and walk in. Can get busy at times. Has drive in too. Easy to get to at peak times.

I don't think they know what is good customer service. When the meals come with chips, free packs of ketchup is a must but here will cost 50 cents each. I prefer to dine in McDonald or Hungry Jack where their chips are taste better and ketchup is free. Will never go back, period.

They decided to cancel my order via Deliveroo after being late for half an hour citing (overwhelming orders)

Absolutely horrendous wait times, there was a person in front of me who waited half an hour for 1 zinger burger! JUST ONE! And it took half an hour, if you can find a better place, definately go there. Do not waste your time here.

UNDERCOOKED RAW CHICKEN WHICH MADE ME SICK FOR DAYS - am in the process of contacting head office. Disgusting place here. Never eating kfc again. Stupid staff too

I love my KFC but the quality of the chicken on this occasion was pretty average, being more bone and skin than chicken. Very polite customer service from the young lady who served me though. Hopefully just a one off with the food quality, as my taste buds and waist line have a long relationship with the colonel.

Very very oily chicken and very soggy
Made me and my friend feel sick afterwards and we were at work.
I think it was old not fresh.

Overall good friendly customer service and good food. Considering their smaller location they do a good job.
Only nit picks build a cover for the drive thru speaker when it rains you get drenched and remember to put the hand towelettes in the order.

Undoubtedly the cleanest KFC I have visited. Friendly staff and very efficient too. My wicked wings are crunchy and freshly made. Try stay away during Tuesday night often the drive through queue is very long.

Hands down the best KFC in Melbourne! They are the only store that gets chips to salt ratio right and the Chicken/wicked wings are always crispy. Friendly and great service - Francesca was so helpful!
