63I payed for chips and it has no flavour.i only bought it from kfc because of the fabulous but someone forgot to add flavour to my chips
Chicken/chips are always fresh and tasty. Clean place and courteous staff. Pair all this with the KFC App bargains, and she's a keeper!

The food was, as expected, ice cold. The order was incorrect and the food was inedible. Ended up throwing it in the trash.
How this branch stays in business is beyond me. Never again.
Picked up KFC from Doncaster and did not receive the correct order. This is not the first time this has happen. Staff seem to do as they please VERY disappointed

Came by peak Sunday night, too lazy to order via online/kiosk and staff were still quick and fast to find time to take my order. Chicken came out fresh. Bloke that served me had a trainee badge.
DO NOT attend this restaurant. Visited a day ago and have had the most vicious food poisoning ever, from consuming a zinger box meal. Absolute disgrace! Putrid people and business, called to inform them how much pain and discomfort I've been in they couldn't care less nothing but excuses and being patronising. I hope I feel better soon I've been in bed for over a day now absolutely shocking. I really hope this restaurant gets looked into for hygiene and food safety immediately. AVOID!
Firstly, they gave me wrong item. When I check my order, there is few item missing. Report to staff, he told me those item are out of stock! And no refund? Neither inform customer about it? Best KFC ever.l.

I have had to lower my rating as the quality and speed of the service has been going downhill with every order. Last order was for a 36 piece tenders box, got a small dinner box with the "36" pieces squashed in like they were making a block/cake. If that wasnt enough when i got home and counted the pieces, not only are the pieces significantly smaller than they use to be; but 6 of the pieces were actuall one piece split in half.see picture. No quality, no taste, and now no chicken. What a shame.
Waited until drive thru for 30 mins, and I was told they can’t make my order. Completely ridiculous
Worst experience! I was standing next to the counter for about 15 mins and asking if anyone can serve me. They asked me to wait and ignored me the whole time. I feel they only serve the online orders. It was so disappointing.
There was no problem with the food but the service here is just terrible! There were 4 ladies at the front counter and no one seems to care to take my order. They saw us and just pretend they didnt see us. A few others staff walked past the counter and didnt even bother to take our order. Apparently Samantha was too busy texting and have zero interest to take our order. Can I work there too if I can get paid and just play with my phone?

Horrible service- rude girls, and my food was all stale and cold. Legit was the first time I had KFC since I was a little kid, now in my mid twenties, reminded me why I never eat this stuff haha. Gross 1 star.
This is the worst KFC that I've been to in Melbourne. It's always dirty and understaffed. The staff always look rushed and stressed. The seating area is tiny and pre COVID the tables were always covered in crumbs. At least 50% of the time that I've ordered they have made a mistake. You need to check your order closely before leaving the store. It's about twice the distance for me to go to the Kew KFC, but I will go there instead, the carpark is big, the landscaping nice, the seating area large, modern and clean, the staff are very nice and friendly and they usually get your order right. I have a strong feeling that the Kew KFC is a different franchisee to Doncaster.
Food is great here. Kfc. Not more needs to be said.
However, the staff here need to improve their customer service levels as they cannot understand simple orders & make you feel like you are talking alien.
Perhaps patiently listening to the customers order, then confirming would be a good start.
If you prefer collecting from the store, best is to place your order before you get there as you don't have to wait long.
Very bad service! The staff was rude. If you don’t ask they will never give you tissue and wipes. Terrible packaging! They just put my burger and twister in a small paper bag. When I took out the twister it just dropped. No sticker on the outside packaging paper of twister. Very disappointed! Mc Donald is much better at least they always put a sticker on the twister packaging paper.
We just left the drive through in total disbelief. The store manager there, Andrew was very rude and refused to give us the sauce we ordered. He was asking for 50 cents and I explained we put our order from the app. He was very difficult to deal. We are questioning how someone in his position actually got to manage a store. His customer service skills were appalling! Disgusting attitude from this middle aged manager!
