KFC Doncaster

Dishonest & fraudulent; advertise regular size chips but only give you tiny white paper bag. They need to come up with a different name to refer to this size chips and advertise it accurately.

Just read the last review and I'm assuming this manager is either having a bad day or hates his job. My 5 year old left in tears when the manager served us the other day. He spoke in an aggressive manner and frightened my poor kid. Get rid of this guy KFC.

We go here quite often, they very rarely make a mistake, which is not so with other KFC nearby.
The new drive through lane is an improvement, but has resulted in very limited on-site parking.

The food is good and well made but the wait is very long and its very dirty but overall I think its ok

The store manager Andrew was a nightmare to deal with. He was very rude and treated us with disrespect. Wont be coming back to this KFC ever again. Reading past reviews I see Andrew has mistreated other customers too. This guy should lose his job

Waited 15 mins for order to be made and then got burgers wrong 3 times each time having to take it back. Service was average and cashiers were rude to delivery drivers.

Took 30 minute to pack a simple order and on receiving order had forgot our extra add ons where we had to go back to get the correct order with no compensation for our extra time and inconvenience and by that time the chips were cold and not enjoyable. Worst kfc I’ve been to in a long time

I ordered drive through and after payment they said there will be five minutes waiting time; but we waited 25 minutes for the order to be prepared.

They need their Audio system for ordering get fixed. Voice is not clear and people who are taking orders are always in a hurry.

They don't have basuc ethics to deal. Orders are much delayed. If you want to go over there, just ordered 40 minutes before. Otherwise, you have to wait for so long.

Bunch of incompetent teamworker never help out the ridiculous worst service all the time also never make orders on time as usual.

It's unfortunate that not all of the staff in the kitchen (including what we assumed to be the manager) could behave like the young lady at the counter, the general behaviour and language that could be heard coming from the kitchen was an absolute disgrace.

Team is always friendly, food is fresh and they have been great during COVID with their covid safe procedures.

The chips and chicken are hot and staff are always nice. But without fail, for delivery there is always something missing. It could be because of the delivery services, but if you go. Go in person.

They often forget to fill the package such as gravy or coleslaw etc. Not only for a time, several times.

We have been getting take away from the Doncaster KFC since at least the last 20 years, every single time our order has not been complete, there is always something missing. We always have to go back & get something that has been left out.
Happened again today, we ordered the VARIETY FEAST which has amongst other things 8 x Original Tenders. When we started serving up we only had 4 Tenders not 8.
I have to say the chicken is the worst cooked from every other KFC we have eaten since the 1970's.
We have never had a meal from Doncaster that we have enjoyed.
Each time we think it will be better, but it never is.
It would be great if we could have 1 meal that is a complete order and is beautifully cooked. Doncaster must save a lot of money from not fill an order.

I only had chicken popcorn but they were freash crispy on the outside moist inside quite delish,
My friend had the chicken burger classic " something like that"
She very much enjoyed the burger,
Staff were friendly, Inside KFC nice and clean, great KFC,
Would recommend to go there and eat

Poor customer service. They got my order wrong, when I returned to them, they said I have to pay extra because I changed my mind. I explain to the manager I did not changed my mind just they did not give me the right order, he said I have to speak loud and clear next time and did not apologized for their mistake.

The food is always fine, but I've visited this KFC a few times around 3: 30 to find the seating area is a mess. It doesn't seem like a good place to eat a meal as there is rubbish left on every table and they haven't been wiped. I'm not sure if the staff just can't see the area well or if it's a time constraint but it is a bit off-putting.

It is the second time im getting less than what i pay for, by the time i realise at home i dont go back. Today at 5.45 3 wings and 1 large chips short. Never visiting again
