KFC Deer Park

Every time we end up ordering from this KFC store the food is either cold, parts of our meal is missing or either the meals are made with old and stale ingredients. Very disappointed with the service we will never be visiting this store again.

The attendant at drive continued to me a hear me throughout. In the end I asked for no thigh pieces in my box. So when I got home I ended up with all thigh pieces and a couple of drumsticks. Way to ruin my evening Deer Park KFC.

So disappointed today.
Normally their fantastic, but I ordered a zinger box today in drive thur, got home and was missing my burger! Being pregnant and craving my burger I was really unhappy. Called 5 times and no answer.

No covid protection being used in restaurant.very rude to customers. Not recording names and numbers when entering or exiting

Easy access from the road with good drive through. The staff is very polite and take my requests well. I didn't want drumsticks and they exchanged it for ribs.

Chips were over done and with no salt. I got stooged on a wicked wing which was just a bit of fried batter. Service was friendly and fast, so no complaints about the counter staff, but I had a way below average meal, and I do consume a reasonable amount of KFC.

Bad customer service, badly maintained. Extremely unhappy with the service with no eye contact, no suggestions. Place is not clean, not a single table was cleant even though it is not busy.

Pretty amazing KFC I love it when it's crispy, staff seemed friendly and I wasn't disappointed, only thing that was average was the gravy, was really dry etc but everything else was fine

Was served by a young girl named Brydie, i was treated with complete respect and my food was amazing, the young girl was so nice and calm under pressure. This girl deserves a raise

Ordered a twister. Almost broke my teeth because I bit into it & instead of the chicken being the chicken tenders, the imbecile who made it put two wicked wings!

This place is awesome. Ordered chips and hot rods. Before I could even complete the purchase and take a seat, my meal was ready and hot as can be! The teamwork was clearly visible from the point of purchase to the point of delivery. Cheers guys!

Usually pretty good service. At night you will always hear the excuse of them not having any chicken left. Expect to pay for your sauces after forking out $70 on meals with out sauces. Safe to say I have never experienced pink chicken here.

Also, it is great that they provide an employment opportunity in the area.

Either their drive thru receiver is not working right but my order was taken in correctly multiple times.

Always messing up orders. Forgetting sauce and spoons. Make sure you double check everything before you leave

Waited more then 3 min to order while managers were at the back and no one serving at the counter. Then was greated as buddy by a teenage kid to start with. No kido, I don't know you and we are not buddies. Requested for thigh prices only. And was assured of it. Received one wing, one drumstick and one breast piece. Food was ok and was the best part of the whole experience.

The service here really depends on which staff that are working at the time you visit them, specifically the last shift, an asian boy is on at the shift

Purchased dinner box last night, chips and nuggets were way undercooked. Both were pale in colour and chips were quite hard I know u guys are busy but u need to cook your food properly

Around 4: 05 pm today, I brought in red energy voucher that entitled me a free twister with purchase on one. I asked for spicy hot twister, she said I can’t have that, only the regular twister. I asked whether the regular twister was any cheaper than the spicy hot one. She pretended to check and said they were both same price after which she agreed to provide me with two spicy ones. But here’s another twist. In my order she gave me two soggy regular twisters which leads me to believe she had a leftover order that she wanted to shove me with. The twist didn’t end there, when I checked my change I was $2 short. I asked for my $2 from another Asian girl who was in front now and she went back spoke to the original Asian checkout operator, had a bit of discussion and brought me $2 coin without going to the till. Will never go this branch ever again.
