Disappointed! Food wasn’t fresh at all. Cold and tasteless. Chicken was almost unchewable. Seemed like it was cooked couple of hours ago. Low standard and poor quality food.

Usually go there to pick up online/app order. Orders and service were good most of the time. However, no consistency in terms of what chicken pieces they going to put in your order.

It's OK for KFC, as normal chicken is oily and buns a bit dry but chips are great even if over priced

The best franchise in town to get a chilled burger from previous day. Loved the burger it was like ice.

The staff weren’t nice and friendly when I ordered my meal at the counter. Also, an employee smoked a cigarette in the outside dining area despite there was a sign saying "No Smoking".

Went through drive thru.
Ordered a twister box combo, was advised they had no potato and gravy or gravy available, and was offered a different side. I went for the coleslaw. Also ordered six nuggets, a kids meals, 2 aioli sauces and one sweet and sour.
Got to the window to collect my order, was waiting for a fair while. Noted that there was chicken and food all over the floor. They were sweeping and mopping it all over the place. Not very hygienic. They handed me the a Pepsi max (I didn’t request this, had to ask for a Pepsi). They then handed me my food (I looked in the bag, my sauce was missing). When I got home, we realised they didn’t provide us with our coleslaw. Six nuggets only had five, and nuggets were cold and gross. Just terrible

If it's not the food you ordered being cold and super dry. It's the fact more than half of your order is missing.

We ordered a family feast and was most disappointed.
The potato and gravy was pretty much just dry potato stuff but worst of all, we received 6 chicken wings as part of our 10 pieces! No drumsticks or breast.

Staff was rude and got order wrong. Didn't give receipt or seem to care at all.
Support called and addressed the issue! Although connection was poor

My experience to this place no good service very poor slow and they not doing there job properly some goods miss they need more training its fast food service

Slow service. Waited way longer than expected. Had to walk inside to get my own order cause took the longest time waiting in the waiting bay area

Amazing service and great chicken, I came in Sunday and yanah served me honestly great customer service couldn’t be happier pay rise I reckon

One of the best meals from KFC i've had. I ordered a zinger burger meal, service was quick and food was amazing, I couldn't fault it.

Often get orders wrong which is very annoying. It's hard to check you've got everything correctly when there's a massive queue at drive thru.

We ordered 4 slushies and the time in the queue of cars was literally an hour. And we had to go to the waiting bell as well. The slushie was okay I guess.

Worst KFC in Burnside. So rude when asking a question about the meal. Staff dont have a clue what they are doing. Took 4 people to work out how to use a buy one get one free code and food was still wrong when received

3 of us placed mobile orders and the staff were heard clearly mocking and laughing at our names.

We ate outside, and while the tables appeared clean at first, when I ran my finger or napkin along the table, it was coated in black dirt. Clearly not sprayed or wiped down in a while.

Food was fine.

The girls at the counter were too busy talking about their nails to serve me properly, even when they did, my order was incorrect.

Very Slow Youth and Not Responsible Character at all’
Customer dealing ethics are nil’ I have experinced them by watching dealing with many customers and delivery drivers. I order many times but extreme late due to their staff laziness and Avoidness. Shame on this Youth!

Service is mediocre. Food is ok but staff so often forget to provide sauces despite telling me the sauces are in the bag.
