Service was terrible, overrun with young kids with no manners

Then the food was dry

The chicken was dry. The chips were cold and soggy. Didn’t get what we ask for trying to call the store. Nobody answering worst KFC I’ve ever been to.

Food was fresh and hot and the service was good. However the lobby was a mess! Every table had the previous customers’ leftovers on them. We asked for a wet cloth and some spray to clean our table.

My mate Alain B.ordered zinger box and they forgot his order making us wait for more than 30 mins. Didnt even give compensation for waiting.

Josh and Jordan were amazing. I came into the store to get a go bucket and saw that they were under the pump, but they both remained calm and did a fantastic job. I will definitely be coming back.

Some days are good some days are bad. If you buy early in the morning burgers are great and big. While stock goes low then the burger goes small and ugly plus food.

The foods pretty good, but they put barely any salad and the bread seems to always be squished, the chicken pieces that you can get in the bucket is not very good, the batter just falls off and you're left with a bland chicken drumstick, if you get lucky the batter will stay on, chips are good but they always seem to be soggy, kfc at caroline springs seems to be much overall much better than the one here so i suggest you go there instead.

Food typical as all other KFC. Dont forget to ask for ketchup. They will never put it ino your bag unless you are asking for it.

These kind of restaurants need to keep the public area clean so you can find a clean table.

It's KFC and I actually don't remember coming here, so giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because I don't recall this place being great or not.

I imagine I bought nuggets with bbq sauce though. They're my favourite.

I should have gone to Coles and brought 3 chickens the family feast was overcooked or reheated. Not good at all.

Used to be one of best around the area. Slow service inside just get drive through but check your order before you leave. Waited 20mins get more order not one occasion but multiple times. Eating my zinger burger cold and chips. Always stuffing up orders. Will not go back.

Slow, sloppy and messy food (not even wrapped correctly) incorrect food items, boxes had sauce all over them. Not a picky person but the food was prepared with 0 care in the world.

It really gets you sad on seeing how small the chicken has become over the years. An original piece costing more than $2 is daylight robbery. Sure it’s not their fault but kfc overall really letting the people down. This chicken nugget is nearly as big as the piece!

Discussed, no clean tables had to ask staff member to clean one for myself and my husband, I was watching as a staff member was throwing the food into the box (but I said nothing) when I got my order the chips were cold so had to take them back, our so called gravy was only half full and like water and my husbands wicked wings were cold …the staff were to buzzy talking to each other and didn’t seam to care about serving the customers, … overall really bad service and a disgusting place to eat in

This is how they serve there burgers at KFC Deer Park what a disgrace no quality or even care shown for someone to prepare and actually serve this they should be ashamed might be a laugh in the kitchen but if this is there standard of burger what other standards are they missing loved all the brown lettuce and the mayo on top of the burger

The customer service in drive trough make me not to go to KFC again at all absolutely disgusting.

Terrible service - the girl behind the counter looked like she could t care less, got a twister which when I opened, fell apart at both ends and was so soggy.
