Not Recommended Untrained and Rude Staff.
9 time out of 10 Never gave any serviettes even if you buy food for more than 5 people.
8 times out of 10 wrong order served in my case.
Hand over serviettes like giving charity to beggers
No Respect for Customers what so ever.would never visit again if there was 1 more halal KFC even next 30 KM away.

Service was good but the guy at the windows wasn't wearing his face mask correctly (mask was under nose)

To the youngsters working there who served my meal, would you eat what you prepared for me? Burgers with soggy rotten lettuce.
Close the shop down, this is just one of the many bad experiences with this place. Doesn’t matter whether it’s busy or not, there will almost always be something wrong whether it’s the service, long waiting times, quality of food.

I don't usually eat fast food like KFC and McDonalds but I did that time as I was stressed and hungry and needed a quick fix of some food that was cheap. It was ok for what it was and it went down well.

Food is great and the service. But yet again security is needed during the day. Stop drug and mental people pushing in

Kfc Dandenong is the worst KFC you can ever visit. Worst staff ever. Order 2 meal drive through and it took me 45 Min to get ready.on top the said that I am not coaporating. 45 is not enough for that

I ordered online made my payment but they refused to give my partner my order he had the receipt with him but refused to give him the order and had to pay again for a new order. The manger advised that I will get a refund but its been 2 weeks and I haven't received it.

The poorest display of competence and customer service I have ever seen. I’d give you a zero star rating if that were possible.

One of the poorest customer service stores in Victoria. Always not enough staff on duty. And takes alot of time to serve. Also the food are overcooked, no salt on chips. If you eat from here you probably would not like KFC food any more. Need lot of improvement.

Very poor service had to wait for 25 minutes to her food to be cooked manager had no idea and wrong order On the drive thru way I am slipping 20 minutes

The chicken pieces was lovely but the burger was cold and half the chips were hot and other half cold

Bought a zinger burger and the chicken patty was hard as a rock. The chicken was so old. They should keep up the standards. Very much disappointed

Food is good, staff are friendly the only thing i can't figure out is why ALL of the kfc store's i go to are not clean at all.border line filthy smh.

Worst KFC ever. I placed a large order and asked for chips fresh. I saw the manager scoop chips from the chip dump into the chip basket then put them back into the chip dump to show they just came out but they were clearly stail. The burgers buns were like rock, the chicken disolved the box and bag because they were so oily. Never going back here again.

Was absolutely blind drunk and I woke in their drive thru so I ordered some kind of burger or something. Thanks for not calling the cops on us aye

Not impressed right from start got order wrong at drive through had to change girl to try fix up 4 times at window asked what we ordered get to second window lost order and tried to give us some one Else’s not spud and gravy no coleslaw all up disappointed hopefully next time it will be better

Too slow service, staff always misguide about preparation timings, always running out of stock.staff not professional and trained

Ordered 1 family box to take away. EVERYTHING was cold before I even left, I should have returned it but I was in a hurry. Even the chips were cold when we started eating them in the car. Complete rubish, who wants to eat cold soggy chips.

Reasonably good food most of the time, however they often give you only 9 pieces instead of 10 in the box.
