KFC Dandenong Market

Visited On 20/06/2023 at around 03: 45 pm Very poor service, very cold burger from old stock. Cold and soggy chips full of salt. Spoke to manager but he didn’t even bother

The worst kfc store, given 1 thigh, 4 drums and 5 wings in a family feast, went to let them know and no offer to rectifying the issue but made a song and dance that they'll have to call regional manager and check camera footage to see what pieces were given as anyone can say they didn't get so and so in their order. This store was once great but now the customer service and lack of care about customers is disgraceful.

Playing a ridiculous amount of songs at extremely loud volume. For a very quiet store tonight the tables were oily and disgusting and the floors needed to be cleaned. Not happy at all

The most lazy staff I ever seen, they are gossiping with each other while you will waiting for them to order food

The worst KFC we have ever had, tasteless, burnt, curry flavours in KFC PLEASE THAT YOU CAN NOT DO. NOT ALL PEOPLE EAT CURRY. LIKE US WE CANT STAND IT.not worth a penny

Got an interview with hiring manager and she said she will respond back in 3 days if she don't i will have to call she did not respond and i called her and she said she will tell me again in about 3 days and now its been nearly a month and she have not responded back

Bins over flowing with rubbish floor looked like a trash can dirty tables they need a cleaner asap

Omg the quality of food is poor effort do these kids not like to work there then don’t get people that care about food presentation ordered zinger box and everything was just thrown in the box didn’t even get the burger was too tired to take it back to them management please teach your staff some customer service 0 out of 10 omg

Very bad service. Placed the order and had to wait over one hour. When we asked about it a girl just looked at the receipt and left. Later when we asked about it again we were told that they missed our order. Worst service ever.

The food was disgusting
I ordered 2 zinger boxes and one double tenders burger the Chicken was burned and cold
The customer service was horrible
I was waiting to order for 15 minutes and no one did not come to get the order

Why is it that they won't provide water from the tap. I requested a cup of water and they rudely suggested that if I want water then I had to buy the bottled water. Staff member said it's manager's decision. I NEVER had any good service from this kfc. They clearly different kinds of people. Other take away places like McDonald's and Hungry Jack's provide water from the tap without question. Zero ratings.

Worse kFC I ever seen on my entire life, order wings, all burnt and half size, girl at counter useless! Never come back, people should read reviews before come here

The girl at drive through not only got my order wrong, but had the audacity to have an attitude when asked what the price was because she mumbled when she spoke. She also rolled her eyes when handing out the drinks. This is the most disgusting KFC I’ve ever been too as I’ve continued to have horrible experiences here.

Ordered via mobile app and went in to the store to pick up my order. They ask me to wait for 10 minutes and I had to cancel all my other plans and wait there for 35 minutes to receive my food. Slowest Fast food joint ever.

24/8 I ordered my meal on the app for pickup. They had amble time to make sure my order was correct.when I got home I noticed both my drinks were missing and I ordered a combo! I don't understand this isn't the first time either very disappointed. I will reach to upper management this place is lacking

Not a clean surface to eat, no staff at the front counter to take orders of the customers waiting, you can see the staff just sitting at the back and chatting and not caring about customers and whole place was so dirty with eaten food on the floor and tables

Worst KFC in Victoria.never has what the should, aways rude and make mistakes. PS very rude worthless response when I asked for 9.95 deal.but Australia wide they seemed to have stuffed that deal up,!

This used to be a great KFC to come to.
I think the Colonel needs to invest in Kitchen Robotics. Your employees shouldn't be walking around with faces like smacked bottoms while serving the greatest tasting chips ever.

Please make burgers that require more than two bites to finish.
Invest in real potato and gravy.
Bring back fast, hot, delicious food.

Quite possibly the slowest KFC in Victoria, customers shaking their heads in frustration as their lunch our runs out with no food. Eventually I get the most stale and frozen burger and chips I can recall having had in years.

This KFC in Dandenong Market needs a complete overhaul of people managing it.
THE MANAGER THATS IN THE IMAGE BELOW IS TOTALLY RUDE ARROGANT AND SHOWS UNPROFESSIONALISM WITH TALKING TO CUSTOMERS/RUNNING A BUSINESS. WAITED 45MINUTES TO GET MY FOOD THE OTHER DAY.
The place it self is a complete mess took pictures of there work environment and it completely does not seem they care about OHS Standards!
NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!
