62Ladies serving me today, you need to work on your customer service. You could have served better and please don't slam the window ever on anyone, that's rude and so humiliating.
Worst kfc to visit, staff super lazy and don’t know what to do also wrong orders has been given
Wouldn't recommend coming in on Saturday evening or Friday evening as it's busy. Young kids make mistakes had to go back twice as my order was wrong.
Manager has no sense of customer service. Their system was down, they kept insisting we keep trying to pay on eftpos. We follow this procedure and they kept letting us know that it was declining. We leave and later find that the amount has been taken from our account. We go back in to let them know the amount has been approved and taken. They refused to serve us food or give us a refund. So we are now left without food and down $100. By far the worst customer service I have expierenced.
This kfc is literally a minute drive from my house so it’s only fair to go there as it’s the closest to me but in all my visits there the staff are so unprofessional and so rude and make you wait almost 20 minutes for a single meal just a few nights ago I ordered online and clicked collect from drive thru got around the drive thru and they said to come inside got my meal didn’t even brother checking as you’d think you’ve got the correct order got home it’s missing what I ordered in the meal that I’ve got. Would never recommend this KFC to anyone else very poor.
Refused to collect my order from drive through even though i selected that option through app. Didn’t have the burger i ordered originally. Took ages to serve the customers at the front while bunch of crew members chit chatting at the corner.
It was not the kfc. Worst experience may be here i Australia they like it this way we miss KSA KFC. Was my first and last visit.
Worst KFC I have been they don’t care about their customers they make their burgers messy and the bread of the burger is hard and cold
Drive thru- couldn't hear through speaker box. Apparently NO bacon or cheese today, when asked why she DIDN'T know!
RUDE service. Not impressed
Dirty, bins full n overflowing, messy tables not cleared/wiped down, no mashed potato n gravy. Not busy, maybe short staffed.
Buy two box zinger burger large and 10 pieces wicked wings…find out at home that i dont get any 10 pieces wicked wing…u guys just take my money but dont give my food…
Very lazy and unprofessional staff. It’s been 3rd time, I was at Drive Thru waiting to order, they kept me waiting for more than 5 mins, still nobody was there to take the order.
They tell lies they say oh we have ran out of bacon. When the truth is they don't and won't stock it for fear of the mostly Muslim staff. All fair and well don't lie about it and call it for what it is. Halal kfc

I ordered twister wrap in a meal and another twister wrap by itself. Both were served cold. I asked for pepsi max. Was given pepsi maxi no sugar. No receipt given. Were very quick in shuting the door and moving to the next customer. No apologies but I called her back and made her change pepsi max no sugar to pepsi max. When i came home both wraps were cold n the chicken in the wrap was cold. I rang. No one answered so i left my name and number in the message bank but no response yet.

Very bad experience all the time. Always they used to give incomplete deal same it was happened this time again I bought 5 box of fill up in which 3 box have no bun or bread found and just only 1 box has fork while remaining 4 box without fork and spon, How to ate mash potato with gravity?
We ordered our KFC through drive-thru we got our order everything was there send that was my experience
You should consider actually checking that everything is in the bag before handing it out. I never receive the the sauces that I paid for or any tissues as well as other items constantly missing. Every single time.
The staff are extremely rude and speak to you like you owe them money. I ordered a meal from here and the burger was missing, along with the gravy. Not happy and certainly won’t come here again. I don’t recommend this place to anyone!
Sometimes you get good food and sometimes very bad, items could be missing so check before you leave drive through.
