KFC Craigieburn

Very busy place, should spend more resource to stop other drivers drive on the wrong side of the road to push into drive through lanes.

I dont know what kind of team is working in this kfc every night, but for the billionth time in a row, our order has been wrong. I gave the benefit of the doubt countless times, but how many times can kfc workers mistake the top of the chips box as the middle, and only fill a large chip box half way? ! And how many times do i have to specify any extras on the side before they get it right? ! Where is the sauce in the burgers? Where is the chips? Where is my extras? I would normally ask this to the manager of the store, however, doesn't look like they know how to answer a phone. Terrible. Atrocious. Ridiculous.

Waited 30 min after ordering to be told that they have no burgers so can't fulfil my then had to wait a further 10 min to find someone qualified to do the refund. Wasn't even offered any for of compensation or decent apology. Absolutely disgusting and appalling service 100% not return to this store again and I'm sure the heap of other customers that relieved the same service will be of the same opinion. Its a shame we can't give 0 stars.

Worst KFC I have been to. Check your order, they get in wrong pretty much 100% of the time. Don't go through the drive through because of that, by the time you realise it isn't correct you wont be bothered going back. In particular the last 5 times I have been they have not given me ANY of the drinks ordered. Lousy service, which I assume is from either bad hiring practices or bad training to staff. Booooo, I wish there was another KFC within my reach.

Found them to be very slowww and the staff rather incompetent or extremely inexperienced not certain which, when the food did eventually arrive I found no problem with it

Has fresh food and tastes great, like most KFC's. Staff are good and prompt. Have had to remind them a couple of times about missing items, but that isn't an issue. Unfortunately this KFC can be super busy as times. I would recommend it, but just be aware of the wait. It's not the teams fault, it's just very popular.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! This is the worst excuse for "customer service! " Head Office needs to read these comments as the store has such a low rating! The manager of the store is rude and refuses to rectify wrong orders, despite the fact that it is them who are making the error! Shocking store which needs to be reviewed by an impartial body!

Very disgusting staff. Need to wait at least one hour to get you. They don't even value your wait.

Ordered through the app, and got the complete wrong delivery than what was ordered.
Called them and was offered a coupon but told them I wanted my order in 10 minutes and when I got there to pick it up, they tried to tell me I ordered a combo instead of box combo.
Wicked wings tasted and smelled bad/off
Burgers was just bun and chicken, no lettuce and no Mayo.
Chicken only warm overall.

Not a fan of the customer service at this outlet but like the chicken! Customer service is getting worse!

Incredibly poorly operated outlet. Always extremely slow however when we visited on Monday evening our wait time was 33 minutes to collect a mobile order from the drive through. Unfortunately a number of cars pulled in behind us so there was no way out once we were in. KFC on an ordinary day is the antithesis of McDonald's, Macca's have people hustling all over the place, KFC on the other hand look like their staff either have no idea what to do or don't actually care. There had to have been 15 staff working yet it was utter chaos. Everybody just looking at each other with no idea what to do.
To their credit, when we got to the front of the line to collect the food we let them know exactly how long we had been waiting as I could tell from the mobile order, the staff checked the food and found it was cold as it was sitting there so long and so they made it again. (This time isn't included in the 33 mins to actually get to the window)
I think it goes without saying that this store needs some work. Pronto.

Extremely disorganised staff and their drive through did not even have EFTPOS. Restaurant floor is messy and floors are not even cleaned and not sanitized

The worse services at this KFC not getting the orders right every time I ordered, just wondering if they can read properly or needs proper trainings, because it is such a headache getting home and ready to eat and it's not what you ordered.
