KFC Craigieburn

They need to fix their drive in. Takes too long.either the employees are chatting among themselves or the food takes longer.

Brought my toddler here but turned around and couldn’t find her. I told the staff she had a recognisable birthmark. Had to go home with my zinger box. While I was chewing I noticed a recognisable mark on the zinger burger. Safe to say will not be returning.

Not happy!
I ordered a 3 peice box and it wasn't very good.
1. The Mashed potato and gravy was almost cold.
2. The chips weren't cooked properly (Seems to be a common occurrence at most KFC stores lately.)
3. My 3 peices were 3 x Drumsticks.
Really.what happened to getting 3 different peices.
Unlikely to return here after this.

By far the WORST service I’ve EVER received from a restaurant/fast food joint.
Waited in drive through for over 30 mins after ordering 10 wings just for them to say that they were out of wicked wings by the time I reached the window.
All they were doing were laughing and hugging each other inside without having the courtesy to provide decent service at the bare minimum.
VERY disappointed with their service and will never be visiting there again.
EVERY-TIME I visit this KFC there’s always something wrong.
They were also out of burgers and only had sides available over an hour before closing.
I’d NEVER recommend this particular KFC to anyone due to the disappointment I’ve always faced when visiting here.

I bought a chicken wings from kfc Craigieburn last night and i found a really long hair in my food. I waited for my food for about 40 minutes and that's what i got. It was a terrible experience and i am really very upset and I'm expecting a response for this complaint.

Rude, Racist, Don’t know how to speak with customers and handle orders. They make the mistake and acts like we are in the wrong.

We order online and lined up for 30 minutes. The store did not look busy at all and there were heaps of staff on at 9: 30 pm. Dec 7,2021. Whoever was on or whoever manager was on needs to get a fired. This was unacceptable service for a pick up drive thru. When we got our food, we realised it was a bag that was sitting there for awhile. And the food was cold. Unbelievable. Please fire. Worst experience EVER

Staff is not good unresponsible staff here they just talk to each other and having fun with each other nobody no how to deal with people order always too late you should keep new staff who will more faster

Staffs weren't good in kfc craigieburn because i ordered my zinger burger meal n chicken popcorn by drive thru today, when i was going to pay my meal even i clearly said two or three time over there too and I asked my invoice too she said printer isn't working, in the end I found different meal which I didn't order!

Kfc in Craigieburn is terrible, our orders are always wrong and for what we pay for it should be up to a better standard.
I understand they are busy but I’d rather wait longer and receive better quality than slapped together with whatever is available.

Ordered 4 cars in the drive through next to us before we moved up to question at window then they ordered the car behind us.
This is the 3rd time it’s happened, they don’t know how to manage their drive through orders or check their cameras at all. Pathetic.

I had two orders and one of the workers said we dont have enough products for this order and i came all the way from plaza two times back and forth

Worst KFC in Australia seriously the food is not cooked well and maybe the stuff is on drugs or maybe on something else because they always make mistakes with the order. By the way the staff is more interested in talking to each other and laughing.

Waited almost 1hr in the drive through at the end staff came and told no Chicken. Something seriously wrong with with kfc joint

Horrible experience. They forgot a whole box order and gave me the wrong size drink, and the stuff they didn’t forget they somehow managed to mess up anyway. They gave stale burger buns undercooked chicken and stupidly salty chips. Worst meal in a while.would rather red roosters garbage.

Worst kfc ever, staff is always rude like they got beaten or something. No matter what you order they're always short of something. No point having a drive through when you always dont add what's being ordered and making customers walk inside.

I usually don’t write reviews especially at this time of night but this worker from drive thru really does deserve the recognition.
Last night I went to place an order through drive through, and at that point my day wasn’t going so great and the long wait wasn’t making it any better. As I came to the window to pay for my order, I was served by Hannan.
Hannan read my order out to confirm it, and even made my order cheaper by offering promotions like the 24 nuggest for $10 all with an optimistic attitude. She had also offered me a free chips and drink promotion by doing a quick survey which I really appreciate, meanwhile during the wait she’d had asked how my day was and how everything’s going and was really nice to talk to. Unfortunately though I didn’t have any change to donate however if I could I really would, because I was willing to do so with that excellent customer service. At this point she had seriously turned my day around simply by being really friendly and kind.
We really need more incredible workers like Hannan dealing with customers because it can really change the customer experience by a mile and even their day. Despite the long wait, I give this review 5 stars because of her.
If I could give this review over to KFC headquarters I would, because Hannan’s service was amazing!

Waiting for 1 hour to pick up order now and the other day wait 50 minutes and one of the supervisor ask me

Worst experience every time. Always missing items and the waiting lines in drive thru are longer than waiting for your meals at a fine dining restaurant. Monkeys would be able to hand me a sunkist correctly if trained.

Pathetic.waited over 30min in the drive through to be told they ran out of chicken and burgers. I then had to sit in the queue for another 25min to exit. Joke, avoid at all costs.
