KFC Craigieburn

This is all you need to know. After having to have a chat to the manager about the WORSR customer service, I get home, to feed the kids and this is was the state of the chicken, I rang twice to off an opportunity of redemption, left a message no call back. So here we are. How this was so raw is beyond me. Please reconsider getting your family a meal from here. We are now paying the price with food poisoning.

Update: 08/11/2023. WORST KFC I have ever had. The oil must be super old as the chicken is closer to black than brown. Tons of oil at the bottom of the bucket. But the worst thing was the two family sized Potato and Gravy's. Water, literally.

Worst KFC I have been to. Check your order, they get in wrong pretty much 100% of the time. Don't go through the drive through because of that, by the time you realise it isn't correct you wont be bothered going back. In particular the last 5 times I have been they have not given me ANY of the drinks ordered. Lousy service, which I assume is from either bad hiring practices or bad training to staff. Booooo, I wish there was another KFC within my reach.
Update 13th June 2022. Just got back home with 2 $4.95 fill ups - no Dinner Rolls grrrr. Everytime they get the order wrong, and its always under, not over.

What is this? Asked for a Mountain Dew freeze, ended up getting a Mountain Dew from wish. Poor customer service, made us pay for another Mountain Dew even though we had told them it was a Mountain Dew freeze, they were very aware that the Mountain Dew freeze was horrendous and still ended up giving it to us, this happened at 4: 00pm 29/10/2023, Whoever the owner is, please get your workers in line. Also to add, there was no napkins and the chips tasted like they were reheated from a microwave.

This outlet carries the standard KFC offerings. As always, I prefer ordering via their App on my phone before leaving my car. It generally makes things run smoother and offers 'deals' that are not available in store. Unlike some of the others, I have no horror stories to relay. The chicken and their chips were served promptly by friendly staff. The food was hot, fresh and not 'dripping of grease'. The din ing room was clean and tidy. This is one of the better franchises I've dined at.

Every order that I place as delivery is always wrong. It’s as if they purposely do it, there’s an option to customise burgers yet they never follow through. I had 4 burgers with no sauce and I had ordered zinger burgers with pepper mayo. When will you idiots get it right? It’s bad enough you can’t get it right in the drive thru or when I come in. Should of put Red Rooster there instead

No chicken at 1030pm. Said only serve nuggets and chips. Closing time states clearly at 12 midnight. Must as well close it down and don’t for open business at all. Worst kfc I’ve been to.

Waited more than 1hour 15 minutes to get my order.you should roster more staff on a Friday night.only 4 staff running the show.terrible

Unable to get a docket from the drive through. Been told, on multiple occasions, that the machine does not have a paper roll. What's wrong KFC, finding it hard making a profit?

I have been to this KFC (Cragieburn) A fair bit of time. Their customer service is decent. Today our food was the way it should be. We ordered a burger feast and The burgers were made nice and Chips were salted properly. They did not have potato gravy. Sometimes they miss one or two things on your order (Our Sauce was missing). (So check your order before you leave). The drive thru was so busy as well as in store. They perhaps need at least 1/2 more workers rostered on. The wait time is usually long.

Believe it or not I have tried KFC pretty much all over Melbourne / VIC the Craigieburn Store always bring smile on my face by giving me freshly cooked chicken and burgers. Definitely deserves ***** and Specially the Big Guy with Rat Tail he is awesome and humble knows how to deal with customers. Would love to visit again

Placed a order for 3 box meals, 20 min later still waiting told the tenders where cooking and yet stood there watching people get their tenders and as of this review we have watch people come and go and still waiting now 25 min

Waited 25 min for our order today, said the tenders had to cook would be 10 min, then when got home they weren't tenders we got they were chicken fillets they use on the burgers.will never go back there

Very bad any time I get food it’s not good enough lost night my burger no salad at all i got 3 zinger boxes all the same the chicken was oily and bad

Front of house workers too busy talking to work your order, very rude. We normally love coming here but I won't be back thats for sure. The service is a joke.

Very very rude staff, don’t know how to talk with customers. I was waiting from 20 minutes and they didn’t give my order. When I said where is my order they behaved Rudely. Bad experience

Driver gave us the wrong order then come back and took the order he gave us and gave both our food and the other order to someone else. Then left our house leaving us with no food.

Terrible KFC, always a long wait here, usually 20min+, they're always running out of something, latest one is the bacon, food is usually substandard due KFC too, burgers poorly put together, chicken burnt. Go to a different KFC

Kfc Craigieburn has the most helpful staff. I get excellent service all the time, even when they are extremely busy. Keep up the great work.

Food was good as usual long Q on drive through its was Saturday 10Pm and there was unending cars.

Staff are to busy talking to serve people. One person standing at the counter for 5-10 minutes before being served. Store is filthy. Cleaned our own table. Dirty gloves on the floor in the dining area and behind the counter was worse.
