KFC Chadstone Mall

Conveniently located at the heart of the Chadstone's shopping center food court. This place is one of the busiest tenant. Love the chicken popcorn and wicked wings! Always love the hospitality given by KFC's staffs! Keep up the good work and well done KFC management!

Normal kfc like food. Quick and cheap. No difference from other kfc. Ok for me to try sometime. Really quick delivery after i order. I liked it but lot of people may not agree with me.

They are fast and efficient, most if not all the time I have been almost no waiting time e.g I ordered the Awesome and fan fav zinger box literally after paying withing seconds My order number was called. #fast #Quality

Extremely poor service.
The staffs speak in such small voice, I can’t hear them calling order numbers. Seems like they don’t want to talk with customers. Why don’t you quit job then?
All pieces of the chicken in the meal I had were ridiculously small so I complained. They gave me two more pieces without saying anything like sorry. The chicken was disgustingly oily and seems like staying there for a day.
This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had at any restaurants or shop. Definitely will not come back.

Really very bad experience of food here. I ordered only chicken pieces and it all cold and stale. When I complained about cold food, they gave me the same chicken after re frying. It is inedible. Waste of money and food.

They always, always, always misplaced my order.sometimes missed a burger, sometimes chips. DO REMEMBER CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING.

Poor service by the store manager. I ordered online, presented the receipt to the person assisting (who was the manager) AND was asked for my ID which has never happened before. Given that it was not the first time ordering from KFC app, and I have never (not once) been asked for ID, I felt embarrassed, and would like to know when this started happening. Or rather, why I was particularly targeted in this instance to do so.

Extremely poor service today! Went to collect my order the assistant there just pushed it at me! I asked her if I could have it in a bag please she just grabbed a bag and put it on top of my meal! I had to pack it myself!

Chickens so fresh and crispy can’t get enough of it, Another reason to come chadstone mall early monday morning, this place is a perfect example of good staff and proper quality standards. Always a pleasure coming here, staff pays attention no matter what time of the day it is and orders are quick! Extremely happy with the service.

This store charge 50 cents for tomato sauce when you purchase a meal.not recommended this store

Just another KFC outlet, nothing much to expect. I mean, there are outlets with better service, friendlier staff, and items which are made to order (such as burgers or wraps). But this is not one of those outlets. My burger was pre-made and kinda cold. And my chicken wasn't too crispy either. But still, it's KFC. It's fried chicken. You can't give 1 star to fried chicken. So, this is just another KFC outlet.
