I’ve ordered 10 wings deal and what I got is 10 drumsticks! Not even a single wings. Very disappointed

I went with my Family the other day and had some KFC

The meal was so yuck very Moldy lettuce and chicken.

Ordered a Zinger box with extra salted chips - they missed my order and I waited 15 minutes for it after I had asked if it was coming, the chips weren’t salted, the burger was cold and the wings were terrible.

Super quick service always. No matter how busy it is, the order is processed within 5 minutes and it's almost always fresh. All the staff are properly trained and friendly which is surprising for a hustling branch like this one. Ordered a roll with bacon once by mistake but the guy was happy to replace it with a halal zinger.

Ordered 10 tenders, received 6 normal, 4 half sized. Not coated well, sloppy mess. Ordered same at Carrum Downs, received 10 properly coated. Chadstone is terrible.

Worst taste of chicken i have ever experienced, and most of the pieces were uncooked. Please don’t waste your money buying uncooked stuff

Ordered a chicken bucket. Ate the worst chicken of my life. Threw everything away. Was soggy not crispy at all.

KFC quality go down and down in Melbourne.we tried at chadstone shopping centre kfc yesterday chicken quality very poor very small pieces dark colour with oily hard Over cooked. KFC need to do something.this problem every where in Melbourne.

Such a fabulous place. So many shops and not one but two Victoria's Secrets.
Great places to eat and you can buy absolutely anything your heart desires.

I had an awesome experience here! Staff were all so fast and friendly! I was greeted with a warm smile and within a few seconds of me walking up! I ordered a tenders box with a chocolate mousse. It was delicious.definitely finger licking goodness! Well done KFC!

Great fast service! Always get bonus wings on a big order. Staff is smiling and they look like they genuinely care about their customers. E quality of the food is very good compared to some of the other KFC’s I have been to.

Ordered our favorite wicked wings, very disappointed, third kfc in the area with dry tough chicken and third upset review since moving here.
The batter also could be better, similar like my other review, parts of the chicken did not have batter.
Clearly there is no care for food quality and customers in this area's kfc.

I thought it's Not that easy to have some very Fresh Cook fried chicken in Melbourne.

But I'm Lucky Chadstone have a good amount of people, so they could keep changing the oil to get more fresh, and that's why they have fresh ones.

Always crowded but orders taking is fast. Food waiting can be impatience especially if you are super hungry. Quality of food is inconsistent. Chicken can be well flavour with straight cut fries. Else can be soggy and over salty fries. Careful with the soda drinks as might be tasteless. It's all about procedure and process which abit let down at times.

Ordered the wicked wings. They were raw. Took them back. The girl looks at me and walks off. A few minutes later, she appears with 3 other wicked wings and hands them to me. Not one word from her and to top it off. THEY WERE RAW AGAIN.

Consistently good food, friendly staff. My favourite spot for my lunch break, but unfortunately my office is moving elsewhere so I won't be back as often! If anyone who works there is reading this, thank you for all the great food and service. Please squirt a bit of extra pepper mayo in my memory and say hello to my 'brother'.

I ate here a lot when I first moved to the area. Good service, nice staff and never had any problems with my order.

Poor service and attitude from staff. Food was cold, tasteless, and poorly presented which I find typical of this chain. Theres nothing worst than paying high prices for low quality food and less than acceptable service. Seems like this outlet has given up on even pretending to offer decent fast food. Avoid!
