KFC Chadstone Mall

My recent visit to KFC was a real disappointment. The food I received was cold and tasted stale, far from what I expected. Plus, despite placing a specific order, I was handed something completely different. When I tried to sort it out, the manager was nowhere to be found, which was frustrating. On top of that, the staff seemed disengaged and uninterested in helping. Overall, a pretty unsatisfactory experience.

Food was decent however the mod was very unfriendly when I showed a screenshot of my ges code. She claimed that I was unable to use the code unless it was made with a new order but my order was a new one and she said that it has to be more than 4.95 which it was. I ordered a giant snack pack and a maxi popcorn. She then claimed that it has to be an order made over the till which has not ever been an issue at any kfcs I've been to and also has not been an issue in the one I work at. Her attitude is really bad and seemed like she just wanted to get rid of me. Did not get to see the name but here is what she looks like. If she is on shift do yourself a favour and not go there.
Update: it's not that I didn't see the name it's that NONE of the team members there are following the uniform standards. There is no name badge on any of them and also hair is not in a hair net

Theres this man whos short with a beard who served me the other day he did a great job at remembering my order and going the extra mile to get my order right great job from chadstone kfc

Popcorn full off hair went to show the staff and they didn’t care about it not even a apology very bad experience from you guys

Had 6 chicken wicked wings on Wednesday. Felt like biting the cracking rock. Come on, don’t throw double or triple fried wings to the costumer.

Never had a bad experience at other KFC stores that warranted myself speaking up about it. I had a staff take my order in the most blunt and rudest way possible (which no apologies were made) whilst also joking about with a plastic bag over his head whilst taking orders/interacting with customers. This was very unprofessional and goes against OH&S. We escalated this to the manager and wish that these actions are not condoned.

The rude staff was medium built with long light hair and facial hair.

I ordered for my kids, and tender, they gave us all spicy one! I came home without my kids can eat anything

Fresh popcorn chicken is an experience of its own. 10/10

But in all seriousness, the quality is consistently good and tasty, the service is fast and friendly even at peak times and it is decent value (though some menu items have been quickly increasing in price but that's not the fault of the individual store). Overall, a great KFC.

Cola bbq wings had barely any of the cola sauce in it.staff had no hairnets or name tags and for some the hair wasn't even put into a bun

Chips were ok. But there was 'no' extra salt like I requested, despite the fact my receipt clearly says 'extra salt'.

Very poor service. Have been few times but every time the staff forget gravy and coleslaw. Always no spoon for coleslaw/gravy. Also no spoon, straw, napkins. I don't know why staff are there.

Quick service. All KFCs taste pretty similar, and this one does pretty well keeping up with the insane amount of customers at Chadstone. Food is pretty cheap, too.

Ordered a zinger crunch stacker burger, it was poorly made and presented, salad was not fresh and tasted no where near as good as other venues.disappointed

I went to KFC Chadstone with my husband after work, and I ordered a 3 piece box, when I opened the box, it was 2 tiny drumsticks and 1 tinny wing. Does it worth the value of $12.95? My husband went back to ask them change one of the drumsticks to Chicken Breast, to our shocking, they throw two of the drumsticks to bin and replace with slightly bigger chicken breast. We were speechless about their service plus food wastage.

Its the worst KFC I have ever been to, the staff are a bunch of losers, leaving customers waiting to order while they're talking rubbish and having a conversation. The guy boxing the food is touching his hair and ear before touching people's food. Disgusting acts and services. Hope the owner will see this and do something.

Any KFC is pretty much standard, the only 2 differences that I always noticed are service and quality of food. By service I mean how the staff behaves and responds to your queries, even after a long wait some staff members have an ability to calm you down with a radiant smile. Then by food I mean how oily and how hot it's served. At Chadstone KFC, I think the service is slightly better than average while food is excellent - served hot and crispy, not oily at all.

Popcorn chicken always never full. I have to complaint to ask the staffs to fill the box.

Bad quality control

Will stop buying from this particular KFC. It seems that the staffs cheat customers this way!

I think with fries will be the same story. Customers have to fight for what they are paying for. What a joke!

Anyways, the size of the MAXI popcorn chicken has shrink as of today. I have noticed this. KFC is trying to cut corners: (

Not sure if KFC sells friend chicken or chicken jerky. Poor service too. Worst experience ever! Should’ve chosen KFC over all other delicious places in chaddy.

For such a busy location this store does a wonderful job of providing fresh and tasty food under pressure. The staff remain helpful and kind despite the rush and delivery accurate orders every time. The food, well it KFC, that everyone knows but this is super fresh due to the high turnover. The only downside is that sometimes the chicken can be so freshly cooked it doesn't get time to be drained of oil and can be a little too oily. Nothing beats the hot, succulent freshness though.
