KFC Burwood East

As we already know, KFC is a great place where you can find the best chicken possible.
Dont think too much about it, and get ready to get amazing food and awesome Staff, por you and for all your beloved ones. In any case, the menu has a lot of variety, from wicked wings, to spicy burgers, this is something you cannot find in every restaurant.
But one of the best features that you will find in KFC Burwood East is the location, you can find an excellent place for sightseeing. I bet you will get the best view possible.

So dont think it twice. In other words. Did someone said KFC?

Absolutely disgusting food, No time taken into preparation.wraps are haphazard. The chicken has given me and my family food poisoning. Dont know what it is.management or employees BUT THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING HERE! WIAH I COULD GIVE A ZERO.

Clean and tidy excellent friendly services with huge inside seating dinning area for a quick feed and take away as well there's outdoor seating drive through services and small parking area good location with trams and busses connects from here.

Trainee attendant got my order totally wrong and could hardly communicate. Poor experience and much room for improvement.

KFC. Kentucky Fried Chicken. Their one business goal is to sell CHICKEN. Arrive at the drive though window to order said chicken and was informed that they had run out of chicken. An amazing experience really for all the wrong reasons.

I've had mixed experiences with this shop. One time I got given extra chicken which was fantastic (who doesn't love getting more than you asked for) and the other I was short an item. Went back in and staff realised, gave me the item.

Overall it's a clean shop, staff aren't bad and the food seems to be done better than other KFC places.

60 dollars for this? Under cooked chicken skin falling off, pieces double fried. Pretty poor really. Guess can't expect much from a bunch of kids running it, more busy socialising than worrying about the food. Chips were good at least.

Always understaffed. Always untidy. Do not eat-in. More than once there was no electronic banking on line so left empty handed. Complete avoid.

Something wrong with the chicken in this place. Does not taste like any other KFC, spices are horrible. Will not return to this joint again.

I feel foods are fresher here than the kew branch where i used to go often. Staff are also very kind and attentive to the customers.

I ordered a Zinger box meal on a sunday night and the staff there told me they dont have any lettucs, but I was ok with it. I ended up waiting for 30mins and they told me they ran out of BURGER buns too. SUPER SLOW SERVICE, POOR MANAGEMENT, why not just shut it down? I will not come back again and I will ask my friends to do the same thing, rubbish kfc

I had ordered a zinger box meal through drivethrough on a very heavy rainy evening. I was asked to wait in the parking area for my order which I did (the place wasn't busy at all.) However, the order was delivered to me after some 10-15 minutes. I take my order back home as i lived across the Highway from KFC at the time (early this year 2018) and when I open the box, the buger was wrapped very unprofessional, lettuce and mayo all over the wrapper and cold chips and undercooked chicken.very very disgusting service as I used to love KFC over other fast-food. SAD.: (

Originally i gave them 2 star, went back recently and man have they improved, staff are as good as always.
But my chicken was actually cooked through, the bread and lettuce was fresh and the twister was actually full of chicken.
Dunno what they changed but theyve upped their game

Of course, it's pretty good cos it's KF. However I had to wait about 20 minutes for a chicken burger which seemed excessive given I was the only guy in the shop. Friendly staff though. The floor was also quite greasy looking for having just opened for the day, as though it had been washed with a dirty mop the night before. The food was still top notch and there's no doubting that I'll be back despite my blood pressure.

Last time I went the chips had way too much salt and they usually don't cook their chips all the way through.

My mother ordered a BLT twister while I got a tenders box, was asked to wait 5 minutes for tenders which we were okay with, but unfortunately got home to find that my mums chips were cold and she didn’t have any chicken in her twister. Luckily for us we ordered extra tenders but still very upset over it.

Very poor customer service. Not friendly. For 2 people only gave 1 napkin and no wet tissues given. Chicken pieces were way too small. Not a place to dine in because area wasn't cleaned and they didnt clean the table i ended up having to clean my pwn table asking them for the spray and cloth

No spoons, refresher towels, serviettes or sauce in our family burger box! Not the first time this store has short changed us. Potato and gravy put in box and squashed our chips! - Check your order before you leave!

Very very filthy and full of trash.
I guess the managment need some counseling regarding running a brand name.
Pathetic place to sit. I guess never ever cleaned.

The original recipe chicken pieces were too salty and it was not tasting good. The chicken had some odd taste. Informed the billing staff about this, but as I did not have time couldn't raise it with the management.
Big let down!
