KFC Burwood East

This has to be the dirtiest restaurant I have ever experienced. I felt sick. Every surface was covered in food and rubbish. My order was correct and prepared quickly thankfully as I couldn't wait to get out. I won't be returning. Disappointing.

Really bad service, every time I order one thing and end up getting something else. Not once twice every single time. Staff is really careless when coming to packing the food.

Old oil, extremely dry and dark brown chicken, ordered 12 pieces and 8 was wings? This is the worst kfc experience.

Nice staffs, food is average, drive through path is too narrow, always remember to ask for your sauces

Went to KFC Burwood. Ticked all the boxes. Elena was an OG more like elenbrah because her service was A1. Most KFC are more like KFD this one is like KFA+

I had a delivery order from here, a very simple one.

I got two box meals. A Zinger Wrap Box meal and an Original Piece Box Meal.

When the order arrived I immediately noticed that I was missing the FRIES for one of the meals and the WICKED WINGS for the Zinger box. How does this happen? No clue.

The wrap I got for my "meal" was uncooked so I ended up throwing it in the trash. Worst $40 I have ever spent in my life. Don't get food from here.

I'm not sure if it's just this site, but the chicken was not "finger lickn good" it was probably the worst chicken and chips I've ever had. It was utterly disappointing. The last KFC I visited in Glen Waverley was great. Have KFC gone down that much in environment we currently live in? We ordered the Family feast 10x piece chicken, 2x LGE Chips etc. Not very happy

This store is hopeless, people were waiting 40 minutes. They constantly ignore their delivery drivers and tell them three minutes when it’s always longer.
We could hear staff saying this is ridiculous and oh my god from the dining area.

Drive that little bit further to Ashburton who are way better. These guys consistently get orders wrong and don’t serve it fresh very often.

Worst KFC experience ever. Firstly had to wait for two staff members to finish having a conversation about what they were doing on the weekend before they would serve me. Then ordered a large meal and was given a small Pepsi. Then while waiting they left a dirty dust pan and brush on the bench where they hand out the food. Floor was messy with stuff everywhere. Between all our meals we did have to wait about 30 mins for food and the orders were still not correct… will not be back

Staff are always wearing their mask UNDERNEITH THEIR NOSE and around THEIR CHIN! Absolutely disgusting and mortifying. You need to step up your game big time. Revoltingly selfish putting everyones health at risk.

I asked for 2 meals of chicken wings, separately. I got all the wings in one container. Food is good and service is not bad but need to pay more attention to the requirements of the customer.

Cold burgers after waiting for 16 mins at 2pm，returned both and got wrong burgers back. Never come again

Don’t go after 8: 30 pm. It’s all left over and cold. I went there late at 11 pm. Half of menu was not available. Looks like serving left overs. Got fries and they were cold and salty as. Worth it only in lunch times. They put training kids in night who don’t care. So upset. This was my favourite kfc

Very dirty floor and rubbish as well. It was a obstacle coarse to arrive at the counter. The food was good though and served fast.

Horrible service. Waited 5mins at drive threw window before anyone talked to me. Then stuffed my order up

Actually one of the nicer KFCs with better fried chicken and better customer service than most branches, (rivalling that of the KFC on 401 Swanston St in the city, across the road from RMIT University)

would give the extra star if chicken had a little less oil (more a nitpick than anything), or if they had more staff, since it seemed like they are somewhat understaffed considering the amount of people that come to order here

This shop is unstable, but most of the time the service is good and the fried chicken is delicious. Today's hamburger is good.

Ordered delivery from this joint, drink was missing, chips half filled. Complained on the app and told that only in this special circumstance would a refund for missing items be offered. Otherwise it would usually be store credit… who wants $5 locked into buying kfc again…
