Walked in and ordered 5 zinger boxes. Received all 5 in a timely manner. Best zinger boxes ever!

Understaffed and loooong waits for customers to place order. Pieces of chicken on the floor in cooking area visible from counter. 1: 50pm 14/6/21

Overall, the joint itself was fine. However, I feel like the quality of KFC food has deteriorated so much in the last few years. Everything tastes super greasy and oily, the coleslaw is terrible, the chicken is over-salted, the fries taste like nothing and the mashed potatoes are horrendous. I feel like there's a major need for an update on the recipes in general for KFC. Prices are cheap as expected though.

Have been to this KFC for a year without any problem until yesterday. Ordered Zinger box as usual and suffered from very serious diarrhea since eating it. The symptom still lasts today, will have to take sick leave and go to GP.

I will try to avoid this place from now on.

Worst KFC I’ve been to. Always get our order wrong and forget items. Would avoid and go to a different kfc store.

This isn’t how you wrap things. Don’t just throw it all on the bag open so it goes everywhere. Pay attention to what you’re doing.

This restaurant is not good at all, for the following reasons:

1. The kitchen floor in not clean! On many visits I noticed spilled materials on the kitchen floor!

2. Every single time I make an order in the drive through, they forget some items and I have to drive through again to get them.

3. Ordered Zinger meals on 6/5/2021 caused us food poisoning

Food was pretty average and toilets were discusting. Doesn't look they have been clean in over a week not to mention the trail or what looks like flower on the floor straight away as you walk in the door

I’ve had a checkered past with KFC Burwood but they’ve certainly improved in the last few visits. I generally use the KFC app and if you are ordering food for more than one person it’s definitely worth considering using the build your own bucket option as this is by far the cheapest option if you just feel like chicken and a couple of sides.

My previous frustrations were due to missing items on a couple of occasions that you don’t discover until you’ve driven home and I’ve also noticed multi packs tend to favour the really small pieces of chicken.but again I haven’t noticed this for some time

Easy access to and from the highway. The place is a little unorganised. You can sit inside and out.

Just bought the app deal, 15 wings for 10 dollars around 5pm today. Paid 20 dollars, should have 30 wings in the bag. The girl gave me 2 bags which i did not check in the store. It ended up with 5 wings short when i count at home.

Well, as an established business, pls run your
business honestly at least. Especially you are mainly serving the local people.

Asked for fresh chips and I got just that! Also the chicken was perfectly cooked and still fresh, was so tasty and I had a great experience

Customer service is really dis pointed coz i waited the drive more than 15 minutes in a calm situation. Staff doesn't talk to the customers politely. They even does't care the customer nice.

We ordered our meals in store and was served by a very unenthusiastic teenager who sighed and rolled he’s eyes every time we added something else to the order. We constantly repeated our order to him as the guy serving us kept mucking up our order. This is highly disappointing service from such a well known and beloved take away restaurant. Will not be coming back to this KFC and will share my lack of service to those in the area to avoid being treated with such hostility.

One of the better KFCs outlets. Clean tables and ample parking. Still, like the others, the layout is designed for drive throughs and not eat ins.

So many things wrong here

As long as they are consistent, you can't go wrong with KFC. Extra salt on the chips is mandatory as far as I'm concerned or why bother? The App is handy for pre-ordering before you arrive.

It was just before close I must admit I didn't except it to be so fresh & nice, I'll definitely become to this KFC over the one in Ashburton
