Left me sitting at the drive thru speaker while letting multiple cars go through without an explanation I sat at the speaker for a long period of time when I decided to drive to the window and he then says "no motorcycles in drive thru" which wasn't true cause I come here every week and when I asked why he didn't give me an explanation so I go into the store and order again and when I order my food I ask for extra salt and she says "we have no salt" wouldn't that of been a good thing to start off with before I order? Then I ask why are no motorcycles aloud through the drive-thru anymore and she says it's to do with the mask issue but if they just said that in the first place at the speaker I would of just put a mask on under my helmet.
How ridiculous worst KFC I've ever been too used to come here once a week but with service like that, nup!

40 min wait was not a fun experience when you are trying to be socially distancing. And then to lose my order so I had to chase and hassle

Just went through drive through asked for not much mayo and burger was covered in it. Asked for any drink but not Pepsi and they gave us Pepsi.ask for a 3 piece feed and the pieces of chicken are ridiculous small. Won't be going back

Change the bloody oil.
Me and my wife fell sick after eating here. Pain in abdomen.
Don't use oil until it gets bitter and stinks. Train the staff properly. You won't save much money by using inedible oil.
We come to buy fried chicken not oil soaked chicken.
Everything comes from the supplier, all you need to do is frying the chicken to perfection.
Send the manager to eat at KFC in Ballan service station. Learn something from them.

I had ordered some chicken for pick up and when I arrived they said there were no more and if I wanted to get a refund I would have to contact kfc. I got an email about it from kfc but they completed avoided everything about the refund and still couldn’t get a refund. DON’T ORDER ONLINE because it is also very unorganised and hard to navigate on the app.

The only place I would eat KFC in the West. Chickens and fries are cook perfectly with the right crunch. Never had an issue with this place. Other KFC stores really need to come here and watch how they cook the chicken.

Very dissapointed with the service, I completed my order online and have been waiting for the order in store for such a long period of time, I watched the order on the screen and I can see my order has been keeping pushing back to serve people order in the store, the staff deliberate priority and serve online order last or just push it backwards as much as they wanted too, this happened every time I visited this store. I do not experience this type of service where else. I always have the right service with other KFC stores except for this store.

Went through drive through today, asked for extra chicken salt. At the pickup window, double check if it's extra chicken salt, staff said yes it is. Came home, no fkn salt! Also gave us 5 small wings in the family feast. Only go here if you're really desperate guys

I use the app to order before I arrive. If I go through drive through they get confused. The app only allows for pick up inside. Would be smoother experience if the app was updated.

They pretty much refuse to cook food (FRESH)
Customer service is terrible and rude
Wait time is ridiculous for the quality of the food.
Gorn through the drive through and seen stacks of rubbish on the floor high enough to see it sitting in my car.

Don't be surprised if your waiting 15 minutes just to be served waiting at the front of the line.

Be wary when eating food here.

Short staffed to the max. Took 20 minutes to get 2 meal boxes. One lady running all front counter, cleaning tables and making burgers and wraps. Poor staff. ‍️ gave 2 stars for her efforts or I would have given 1.

Got my order wrong, then my food wasn't fresh. But cashier was friendly and happy to remake my meals

Standard dine-in with good seating.plenty of parking and drive in. Busy on weekends as usual, last time I went most tables hadn't been cleared and the staff looked exhausted

I've been greated with superb customer service. They've never once given me an incorrect order and somehow (despite all odds) present me with an astonishing fresh and delightful flavoured experience. Quality over quantity these blokes are.

Staff generally friendly and helpful but may get an order wrong once in a while during busy times.

Staff need some good training that how to tackle with customers. No one know about anything i don't know how they get hired. The lady on counter was very sweet but the other two girls like hell. I want to give zero star but lower was 1. So

They never put flavouring on the chips so the chips taste really bland. More often than not I end up going to other KFC's unless I'm near this one as I really like the chips to be salted: (

The staff here are hopeless. They never get the order right, always overcharge, and never give us napkins and detailed, or spoons.

Not to mention the Zinger is great, but there regular chicken is disgusting. If you like biting into a deep fried peice of chicken where the oil drips off yet the chicken is dry as neck, then order from here, otherwise go to a place with competent staff who don't try to charge you $15 for a go bucket.

Terrible customer service. Service person didn't even greet. His supervisor was quite unfriendly when i questioned the order options; they were bothered that i wasted their time by asking about outside of an average order.
