KFC Brimbank

I walked into KFC brimbank and used the kiosk machine. Easy. However the wait and lack of work commitment was very disappointing. Cindy had excellent customer service serving uber pick ups and customers yet other employees seemed to be just chating and standing around the back.

Usually it's not to bad but last time I went there it was pretty bad. I ordered the dinner box, I think the chicken had been sitting there for a while.the temperature was on the cooler side

Incorrect order food missing from order rude staff poor presentation of food. I would give 0 stars if I could. This is the worst store in Melbourne

Love KFC. This place in particular is efficient and convenient for where I live, and if I need a quick meal, I would already know what to get. Good environment and suitable parking spots. Drive Thru is smooth with traffic and communication between customers and workers is always 100%.

Food and service for both in store and drive thru is great, the only thing stopping me giving 5 stars is way too much salt on the chips, half the time I'm happy if I can eat half of them, other than the salt this is one of the best KFC's I've been to.

The crew there were amazing.

Clean and tidy place. The chicken burgers are halal (nuggets and popcorns are not halal). No halal certification though

It's awkwardly cramped into a little corner and despite more than one entry, it's easily missed when you're looking for the entrance from Station Rd. If you're unfamiliar with the place, you might have no choice but to circle around - unless you cut through from the entries/exits for the shopping centre - because on Neale, what appears deceptively to be an entry/exit, is simply an exit only.
All the experiences I can remember have generally been positive. There isn't a bad experience that I can recall.
Don't always have what I want specifically, but nothing major.

You know those KFCs where the chicken seems not cooked enough? Well not in this place. The chicken is golden crispy. Keep it up

Manager very friendly and nice to there staff. Chips nice and fresh, chicken hot and crunchy. Thank you.

Very bad food and place looks filthy. Our family members order from here and found maggots in chicken

Something funky with their wicked wings a weird off taste, twice in a 3 week span. (edit: with the chicken not the coating)

Staffs were very rude and shocking communication. Order was placed and paid on the app and the staffs said no more chicken to serve. No refund after one week.

The staffs and night shift manager threatened to call police 2 times when we asked for the refund and then shut the window on us. We waited 10 minutes for the police to come so we can get the refund but no one showed up. Night shift manager came out again to say sorry and promised the we will get the refund within 48 hours (such a lier).

Contacting kfc via email but never got a reply.

I did not know that KFC staffs are trained to be rude, to threaten and intimidate customers. Such a terrible shocking customer service.

Not at all good service. Waiting time also more they just serving drive through. Fully disappointed in this store.

This place is honestly horrible.i’m not sure how they’re still open.my brother and i ordered two simple zinger boxed meals and nuggets and coleslaw for my parents.the individual taking our order was extremely rude and completely missed the last half of our order.we adjusted that at the last window which is fine but we get home only to find out half of one of the boxed meals is missing.my brother took it back and they said we couldn’t give it without any proof.we had the receipt on us and the box was open at home.my father went back with the whole box and demanded a new meal because everything else had gone cold and soggy.the staff when they got there were extremely degrading and rude and refused to acknowledge the mistake they had made and continued to bicker and snicker about my father behind his back.they honestly don’t even deserve the 1 star because the customer service is worse than anything on this planet.if i could give it a 0 i would have plastered it everywhere.

This kfc is worst kfc in this area, they don't care about delivery drivers. The keep on waiting more then 20 min. Worst staff. 0 star

This business will leave you hungry if you don’t have enough funds in your bank account and they won’t take your cash.
They made me feel so worthless as I only had cash and not enough funds on my online bank account I promised my kids kfc. Thank you Guys.

Of all the incompetent buffoonery I keep getting at this store, todays "mistake" has gone to another level. I've turned a blind eye the many times you've left out certain items (obviously reading or packing an order is too much to deal with, not like it's part of your job description.insert eyeroll). Today my husband ordered wicked, you said don't accept cash, he returns 5 minutes later with card in hand just to be told that you have no wicked wings. You could've told him off the bat that there weren't any.
If you aren't aware, there are travel time limitations at the moment because of
COVID-19, have the decency to tell people you can't be bothered doing your job so they don't waste another minute ordering from you people.
I recommend everyone take their business to Burnside KFC.

Went through drive thru got a zinger burger which was the most disgusting chicken I have ever eaten. I called the store to speak to them and was told that it had been cooked 15-20 minutes ago, after working for KFC and being a manager in the past for almost 10 yrs, I know what a zinger burger that has been cooked fresh and a zinger that has been sitting around taste like. Extremely disappointed as I don't consume a lot of KFC anymore but to be told excuses and lies is not good and then to not even be offered compensation and just excuses is appalling. I did not want to replacement meal but to bring to their attention that there is a product quality issue and something is not right.
This would not have happened on my watch but understandably times are tough and trying to understand the demand for product is hard to determine, this DOES NOT mean that you should extend product hold times.

Rude staff, zero service.not even a hello.
Dont know if poorly trained or poorly managed or both.
Then greasy almost cold chicken & soggy chips. I ended up re cooking it in the oven at home as I didnt want to risk my pregnant wife getting sick! Dont risk it.eat somewhere else!
