After repeating my order in drive through 3 times.still got the wrong order & no chips.megapissed off!

Just had bad experience via drive thru. Was trying to order my order through speaker there was a lot on noise on road so girl cut me off served another car. As I went to the window to pay there were two girls taking away I waited a while no one bothered to let me know what was happening so I drove through next window they told I had to go around and pay I gave up by then. Prior to that experience they didn’t give me what I wanted and tried to call but very bad line. I’m done with them

Always good and hot. Sometimes they forget to salt my chips (after ordering extra salt) or don’t put enough salt. But clearly Good management as quality of food is consistent.

It annoys me totally when I need to drive back through drive threw window and ask for my receipt they didn't give me first drive around Arrrrggghh

Was served by an absolute airhead who asked me what I had ordered in a jokingly way.no customer service.
Will never go to this kfc ever, it is literally run by little kids who do not care…stay away

Went through the drive thru at around 830pm and was told there was no more chicken. They only had chips and nuggets.
KFC with no chicken makes no sense.
Dissatisfied and disappointed to say the least.

This store is 1 of my 3 top KFC stores that a majority of the time, have served consistently tasty chicken, well salted fresh chips and good potato n gravy.

Team members are friendly and food is prepared quickly when ordered via drive through. The mix of chicken pieces in the family boxes are fair. Who has been left sadden from a family box with 3 wings, 3 drumsticks and a few good pieces? That does not happen here.

It was so disgusting to be treated disrespectful in this store, that lady in service showed her back with rude response when old grandma asked for tissues and cutlery.

Sometimes their chicken isn’t the best or they give chips that aren’t cooked right or no salt but I’ve found that only after 5 so it’s the workers

Ordered my food via the drive thru and diamond waiting for my order in the carpark as the demand was high. But my order was incomplete as I had asked for six extra wicked wings. I was compensated with a big box of popcorn chicken due to the shortage.
Will return as it's my closest KFC to home.

If you want to pay $8.95 for them to deliver the wrong order to you then this is the place to go.

Good fried chicken as usual but the service was a bit slow and the staff didn't know much about some offers.

Gets order wrong nearly every time. Asked for zinger chicken and always received original recipe. Undercooked chips. Rude stuff

If you want to eat chicken even tho it's the main food served you best not go late because they generally run out before close time! Lol.
Otherwise great food.

I am always buy KFC from this restaurant but today I tried to order zinger box and they said no chicken available
Then I ordered family meal then I found the chips uncooked and the zinger burger is raw from inside
I have paid $46 for my order and through all in rubbish

Really bad experience, I had to wait 20 minutes to order then they said “we don’t have wicked wings” and “replace them by 1 tender” which is a steal and when we got the food they didn’t give us the drink we ordered, the tender was really bad it tasted like jail food service was horrible they gave us a “sauce” we didn’t want and I would not prefer to go there again really bad experience.

When it arrive was missing chips burgers and drinks. Called and all items were replaced and ready to pick up wen we arrived

I always liked the food they cook here. But two weeks ago I sent my granddaughter for an order we made on the app and I was really disappointed. The chips were raw and the chicken poppcorn was dry and the chicken tenders were very dry that they were uneatable.

We have only used drive thru whenever we visited this KFC. Drive thru was always fast moving while maintaining the quality of food. Chicken was always hot and crunchy though the chicken nuggets were hot but never crunchy. They never missed the item in the order. We still like KFC and would visit this KFC again if we are craving.

This is the second time I've bought a zinger meal, and the chicken is not cooked! Solid as a brick
I tried calling the store to complain no answer, every time, seriously!

Money wasted! And I shouldn't have to eat my lunch at the window to check it's cooked!
