47Poor service. There were young kids hanging outside using foul language while I went inside. The staff seemed as though they could not be bothered with what I had to say. But besides that my food was freshly made and the restaurant on the inside was fairly clean.
32 degrees outside and at least 39 degrees inside poor staff members working in the heat told us only one air conditioner on. Suggested to go to a park with the food would be ok but didn’t want to share with the flies. Franchiser owner obviously too tight to pay for aircon. Should be illegal for staff to work in a sauna. Can’t comment on the food because it would have been unbearable to eat inside.
While my partner went into the store to order, i waited in the car with the kids, i counted 37 cars go though the drive thru, while we waited over 25 minutes to get our order. Terrible service.
Short, Sharp and Rude drive through should probably be expected.
But today (Sunday) Mackenzie took it to a new level.
Food, was ok, order spot on, but service as short and rude as that leaves the longest impression.
Chips uncooked.
Chicken inedible.
And to top it off, even the bread roll was hard as a rock.
Better off eating the napkin.
Just had a twister box but there is no gray no popcorn no napkins. Nothing. This is the not the first time so careless
The young girls on counter were too busy throwing nuggets at each other rather than serve us, the food was soggy care of it sitting in oil the bathrooms were unclean
