KFC Bacchus Marsh

Delivery came missing half the stuff but KFC doesn't answer their phone so it can not be corrected. This has happened several times and then we have to go and collect the items ourselves- defeats the purpose of delivery and why do we pay the delivery charge for? Lift your standards KFC- it's pathetic

In all honesty KFC is not my first choice of dinner but this time I was feeling like it and I really enjoyed the food that was made, the chicken was amazing and the chips were fresh, would recommend

Soggy uncooked chips covered in way too much salt every single time even after being told "not too much salt, or no salt please" What's with this store, they have been made aware numerous times by many people but still no change. Other KFCs in the surrounding areas are fine and are preferable to this store.

Chips in regular serve totalled 12, meal was to include a chicken tender. It didn't! Not good value at KFC Bacchus Marsh tonight.

Worst service I have ever received, took for ever to get our food and then it was cold when we received it! Worst fast food in Bacchus

Was as hungry as a horse, purchased 3 piece feed, drove for 6 minutes before eating.
Chips cold, chicken lukewarm and oily, mash was okay. I politely request store manager check warmer

Observed cockroaches beneath counter, so not impressed with hygiene here. Coleslaw was watery and chicken was extremely oily. Staff ok. Management too upright and disinterested in good service. Avoid. Always busy in drive through and causes traffic problems as the entrance is too close to Foodworks entrance and roundabout. Peak hour is a nightmare.

In the 6 or so times I've ordered from here, I've been able to order my options only to find out at the window they just plain don't have it. Sauces, wings, drinks, have all been lied about. What is with their inventory!?
Further, the staff and management are rude and have never extended a refund or an apology.
On all orders on arriving home, at least one thing was forgotten, usually a sauce.
Lastly, they under cook meals, nothing is crunchy and everything is soggy. There is no pride in the cooking, staffing or management. I hope headquarters does something about this disappointing location, as I will most certainly be taking it up to corp.

Absolutely disgusting. 3 piece feed comes with 2 drums and a wing. Busted or dropped potato n gravy. Don't waste your money

KFC is what it is, not really good for you.but they got the order right (unlike McDonald's Bacchus) and everything was hot.

Extremely poor customer service!

Chicken is generally good, but 9/10 times chips are bad. Under / over cooked not enough salt not fresh even when asking for fresh they still mess it up.

Not enough staff at the front. You stand there for 20 mins waiting for your meal even though the items are already made so they sit and go soggy while you wait. There’s usually only one girl serving and packing meals.

I purchased their bucket of pop corn chicken and found it to only be 3/4 full. I was given wrong order at the window and then found I had to reverse back only to be handed the correct order which was a 3/4 full bucket

On sending a complaint to email at web site I only received one email for a survey and nothing else after 2 weeks.

Bad experience when they give you order you didn’t ask for, fries taste like fish and chips shop

Asked for extra salt: got no salt.

Asked for extra tenders: got no extras and got old dry chicken I payied for this.

This has happen to me multiple times as well. Tsk tsk

Went to kfc today and asked for freshly cooked and got stale chips and burger asked for gravy and got all the way home and they forgot the gravy, what more do you expect from16 year olds.young and dumb.

Service was slow in store, more focussed on drive through.
My burger, when it finally arrived, 10 mins, was horrible

All the young people with dyed hair really ruined my experience at your establishment. Perhaps you should change your policy when it comes to dyed hair. I found a piece of pink hair in my whopper and there was no special sauce in it, deeply disapointed me in terms of my happiness xoxo caeren smith x
