Ordered Zinger box with wings got the box home had a original burger and chips were bloody Luke warm and soggy I don’t think I have ever had fresh hot chips from this store

Very busy.
I only ordered large fries. Fresh, but way too salty. No serviette or wipe. Barely spoken to

I frequent kfc alot and frankly im disappointed. First of all 2 of my orders have had items missing and twice something has not been swapped for what i ordered. Please tell your employees to concentrate on the order and read the specific items on the order.

This is the worst KFC in Australia. I swear to God, 99% of the time they mess up your order always missing items you've paid for.

Tonight I was served nice hot chips, COLD tenders and no bag with spoon or serviettes. Has happened before. LAST Chance. Now 14-8-23 I came back two weekends in a row. Same problem, no dip container or spoon and serviette. Served with box in bag so didn't hold up the queue and look inside. Both times this happened. See ya!

Literally had two birthdays while waiting in the drive through line. It did look like they only had about 1 1/2 people working there though and the half guy was hopping around as fast as his little leg would carry him.
Chicken was fresh

After being the only one at the counter for literally 5 minutes and watching staff look at me and walk on, only for me to have to actually call out for someone to actually come to the counter to be served. Then, to receive cold food and flat drinks.if this was a once off, my review would be more forgiving, but no, 3rd time in a row was the charm ~ Avoid this place at all costs! Hell, eat a can of baked beans before wasting your time here.

$36.00, had to wait 6 minutes for fresh chicken, waited and received 10 pieces of fatty broken chicken, cold salty chips, never had a decent meal from this kfc, and it was 6pm on a saturday night, no excuse

The service was extra fast. The popcorn chicken and coleslaw were as good as always.
The bathroom looked like it had seen better days.

Like most fast food places, people packing your orders are too incompetent to read what the actual order is when packing your food so you’re left with either missing items or the wrong meal all together. Your job really isn’t that hard

Service is terrible waited inside the store for 30 minutes to get served as staff clearly focused on drive through orders and not customers waiting to be served. No self service kiosk watched 2 family's leave the line due to outrageous wait times.

Rubbish place and rubbish kind of behaviour of staff, specially the lady in front taking orders. She gave me wrong order and instead of fixing this she starts behaving rudely and completely no sense how to talk to customer. I wish i could give 0 star but no option available for that.

Drive through, absolutely disgusting lack of manners from staff, got thrown a bag & told to pack it myself. Had an EFTPOS waved in my face with the words " yeah".

Must be run by the Colonel himself, 5 stars is an understatement, you want extra salt? You actually get extra salt when you ask for extra salt, crispy but not over cooked popcorn chicken, only gods work there, just finger lickin good

Tidy ave clean with ok parking. The staff seem attentive. However, on the day we purchased food the chicken was greasy and didn't taste particularly fresh. It may be that we visited at the wrong time when they weren't busy and maybe the food had been sitting too long.

Probably the worst kfc that ive ever had, the meals were wrong, the chips were cold and soggy missing things from my order, the box of chicken had a puddle of oil on the bottom and had bigger all skin on it because of how oily it was, the service was rude and they just didnt care i seen staff eating from the chicken window. This has happened far to many times and its something that should of been fixed by the management but hasn't, i have always liked kfc and now im not sure if ill have it again especially from this kfc, i do not recommend this place to anyone and if you still want kfc drive to melton

I travel here every month from the CBD. This KFC compared to my local on Elizabeth Street in the city has to be the best ever, that I've ever encountered. Great friendly service, clean restaurant and the fried chicken was so piping hot and fresh. Elizabeth St Kfc service is atrocious, chips always soggy, chicken looks burnt due to oil not being changed and they make you use those pathetic machines to make your order. I'd rather be served by a human. Congratulations Bacchus Marsh KFC.

Went to get takeaway on Saturday night about 6.30pm. There were about 10 people waiting for their orders and looking quite angry. I asked someone how long they had been waiting and they said 40 minutes. One guy walked up to the counter and demanded a refund he'd been waiting so long. I waited about 35 minutes and finally got my food. Supposed to be fast food right?
Get it together KFC, you've lost me as a customer.

I ordered a Combo of 6 chicken nuggets a frozen coke and a Large chips. My brother ordered just a plain large chips, my sister ordered 3 tenders and a large chips. Chips very nice and salty and the chicken nuggets were just perfect with a little sauce. I highly recommend this place.

4 separate orders and all missing things or half full, a popcorn chicken go bucket is supposed to come with more than 3 popcorn chicken pieces,
