KFC Ashburton: Takeaway, Delivery & Drive Thru

Staff didn't look too happy when we placed a large order, 30 minutes before the closing time. The food wasn't really good either.

There was a line at the drive in but the staff were friendly and professional. Worked well to not keep people waiting and food was good

Over all good food, just hold on to recipes as they have been known to make the occasional mistake. But are very happy to amend their issues

Order incomplete and got charged twice for 4 original pieces and at a least if I get charged I’d expect to have 8 pieces.
Got it at the drive trough.

Typical KFC but poor drive thru set up.
During busy periods you have warrigal and high st rd traffic converging into 1 lane.
Except big delays and cars pushing in

This is how the food should be everywhere 10/10 outside was 0 bins were overflowing and crows were having a party, in stead of yapping at the counter go outside and clean up, no-one is sitting inside so use that time for outside, to the cooks well done

My friends told me that this kfc is the best in town so I went there and found that it's true. Good customer service, efficient and cooked well.

Kfc standard with the finger licking goodness. Drive thru was pretty fast, nice staff & food was fresh & good.

Generally this place is good - what I order I get. However avoid peak times for drive through - the entrances from Warrigal Rd and High St converge to cause a long and frustrating wait!

It’s hit and miss here. Sometimes chips are fresh and hot other times cold and old. Delivery drivers are really making fast food go down hill who would think that convenience would lead to inconveniences

As good as can be expected. Food cooked fresh. Staff friendly. Could do with a clean-up, tables were a bit dirty.

I've been there 3 times and the last two times I walked out with the wrong order. Mostly correct except for extra items that ordered and paid for. Never again!

The decoration is bright and lively and the seating is confortable. Good to have a quick meal or just a drink to relax.

If I can I will give 0 star for KFC Ashburton store in VIC, the price for 24pcs is 23.80$ in the picture.

What a rip off!

How come it was soooo expensive as other Mc Donald sell it for 10$ for 24pcs and taste really good and crispy.

Guys, be aware of the rip off KFC store and never order nuggets from KFC anymore, it was damn not real chicken and not crispy at all! Be careful not to be misled like me. The reason I ordered that via drive thru was because one of the Female staff said 10$ for 24pcs deal, that’s why I ordered it but damn I was deceived from the store. The manager was helpless and ignorant to me.

Have been ordering the same 3 piece box from the same KFC through Deliveroo, always requesting the chickens to be either drumsticks or wings and for the beverage to be Iced Tea. However, today the service guy was very rude saying that there is nothing he can do to change the drink. Also, did not put the chicken I requested. Even called two times to make sure the request is put through and yet still ignored by request. The rudest and most incompetent service I've ever encountered. Ruined my whole dinner.

I like this cute KFC, but was disappointed that the staff even acknowledged that the Frozen drink "wasn't right today" but didn't offer to replace it.

Found the service slow, and the food not as good as I've had from other KFCs. Quite hard to find a clean table too, depending on when you come in.
Overall, not terrible, but not great either.

Customer service needs to improve. Staff need to pay more attention in drive thru give the correct orders not half order. It's happened twice not good enough
