Owner is really nice and helpful, very knowledgeable and has helped me with shoe repairs on several occasion including resole, topy and even gluing down some leather on my boots that got hacked up when I tripped smashed the toe of my shoe.

Old School Service
Went to this establishment this afternoon for a watch battery - was prepared to leave it.
The owner was not having it even tho the was busy. Took my watch and looked after me like i was a regular customer. Quality fella.

This shop owner is one of the most rude and unhelpful people that I’ve come across in a long time.

He cut my door key wrong which resulted in it not working, I took it back and told him.
He aggressively asked me ‘what’s wrong with it’, to which I stated the obvious ‘it doesn’t open the door’
He then took the key and ran it through the same machine resulting in the same key, threw it on the counter and turned his back on me.

I would give zero stars if I could.

People like this guy make the world a horrible place to move through.

So many bad reviews make sense now. Can't do his job properly, bad prices and extremely abusive, obnoxious person.

I always go here to restore my boots or heels to like new condition. Definitely recommend this place for their excellent quality and service!

Walked in and out in under 2 minutes with a key cut.didn't even have to remove it from my key organiser.

Rude and rip offs. I bought a garage remote that they said was for my model garage. About $79. I couldn't get it working. They said they'd do it. 1 week after they had the remote back they said they couldn't fix it and bad luck to me. They offered no return or exchange for a remote that they sold me as the correct model to begin with! Worst of all they were so rude about it! I bought an $8 remote from eBay that works perfectly.

Edit: I have just seen their reply and it is absolute lies! I never insisted that any remote was for me. I was told that it was the remote for my garage. I NEVER fetched any remote back in pieces. It was NEVER taken apart. It is still in PERFECT condition however it does not work. It never did. The lies in the reply show that place is just scum!

I listened to all advice they gave me. I have no idea about garage remotes and NEVER did I claim to.

It's simple. I put my trust in them to provide me with a remote for my garage. They provided it. When it wasn't correct they simply left me in the lurch.

Based on their reply and saying it came back in pieces I think they have the wrong guy. I hope this helps future people.

I have been taking my shoes here for the last few years. The guy here has always done quality work every time. It’s hard to find decent cobblers, but this guy definitely knows his stuff. I would highly recommend. Great service too and well priced for what you get.

I can’t thank Keysmith Services for the amazing job he did on 2 pairs of boots I put in, 1 pair was almost 20years old and he repaired them to almost new I will probably get another 20years wear.
He washed and cleaned the suede just an amazing job.

The only place I trust to get the job done. I use Keysmith for everything I can from watch repairs and batteries, to key cutting and most recently boot repairs. The workmanship is phenomenal and they have such a fast turn around.

From key cutting, engraving to shoe repairs there is a reason that these guys are open on Saturdays when everyone else that does the same services is closed.
It’s because they are really good at what they do.

Wonderful service and super quick. Was able to re-heal boots, replace watch band and repair leather chair that had been chewed by my dog! Very impressed with attention to detail and quality of the work. Highly recommend this service.

This shop is the best for fixing my boots and they've done an incredible job at getting them fixed. Incredibly fast and efficient service as I got my boots completely fixed within three hours. The customer service is excellent at this place and they also punch holes in your belts. Which they also did a great job at. I'd honestly, give more stars if I could. Will definitely be back. Had some boots repaired recently. The boots were old and the first attempt didn’t take, so the very kind man repaired them again with a more detailed technique and didn’t charge me the difference in cost. Very happy with the result.

Excellent service and knowledge with a can do attitude, quality workmanship and very reasonable pricing. Repaired my vintage chair seat when four other people/businesses said it couldn’t be done. Was ready the next day! Thank you so much!

In less than a week from posting them, my Birkenstocks are back with new cork insoles and soles. I am ecstatic! Came in today to get a small fix to one of my leather sandals which had broken. The service was really friendly and after taking a look at my other shoe he offered to reinforce the other shoe as well free of charge. Only took 5 minutes all together. Thanks so much!

I had been waiting for lockdown to end so I could take my favourite pair of boots in, hoping the damage to the heel could be repaired, and these guys fixed them up so good they feel better than when I first bought them, some 7 years ago!

I'm incredibly happy with their service, their friendly attitude and quality, reliable repairs. These guys are my go-to fixers for my watch problems, key cutting and shoe repair and I totally recommend them!

Doesn't answer the phone. Not open when advertised and the service is quite bad. The few times I have dealt with this business have not been good. Bought a watch battery here and watch band. The $60 steel band broke after a few months and the battery stopped after about ten months. I went back to complain and they told me because I didn't have my receipt they wouldn't help me. Even though they remembered me and sold the items I was complaining about. Disappointing
