The food was good, I won't deny that. But we waited ONE HOUR to get our food.the staff forgot us in the back near the toilet and didn't come to check at all. Had to walk to the front to remind them to take our order at the start too. Our food did not fit onto our table as 4 people shared a small round table. Sorry but very likely won't be back as there are plenty of places offering similar food without that price tag and better service.

Came here for dinner with a group of 8 friends. Their menu essentially is 3 pasta dishes and 10 pizza dishes, all about $26 which I believe is overpriced. Not sure what we paid for, but the pizzas weren't exactly large or full of toppings, and were kind of meh.
The drinks menu isn't much better, mostly wine with 3 beers and a handful of shift drinks, overpriced.
It's popular, so obviously others see sobering in it, but I don't recommend

Have been a few times over the years and it is always excellent. The pizzas are so good- crispy base and soft dough. Much better than the more popular restaurants on lygon st which tend to be hit or miss. Kaprica always delivers.

We had lovely Italian meal with our son and our future daughter in law, enjoying wood fired pizza and a couple of pasta dishes, complimented with Barbera d' Asti.
Service could not be faulted and the ambiance was just right. A bit different from the hustle and bustle of Lygon St. (just around the corner)
Not cheap, but if you want quality, then it's worth the money.

The duck ragu took me back to Bologna, Italy.
Garlic chili prawn is also excellent for entre.
Great ambience on a warm summers night, friendly staff that can have some banter.

Hello. We go often to Kaprica but the pizza we got delivered tonight is disappointing: (The cheese and toppings are missing on a quarter of the pizza.

Disappointing experience dining here. Garlic pizza was excruciatingly salty, to which service refused to do anything about. The meatballs pasta was good though it didn't make up for the overall lackluster experience.

Authentic Italian restaurant. Very authentic. Very Italian. Basic enough but still a special feel to it. Pizzas were large but thin, delicious. Very nice and friendly staff. Check out the bathrooms, very old fashioned.
Great convenient parking out the front after hours.

Nice ambiance, pizza wasn't amazing. Dough was very soft, doughy and floury. Nice place to take a date though, staff were nice too

Excellent pizza place in Melbourne. The dough is authentic and the toppings are tasty and well made. I highly recommend it.

Nice little hidden gem. Can't tell it's an eatery from the outside. Come here all the time, awesome pizza and pasta! I miss the vongole as they've changed the menu recently.

Lovely place! We went there for lunch and it was delicious. Delicious pizza and pasta and coffee (vegan option), lovely owner and staff and a really good choice of music. The location is perfect too: the interior is cosy and beautiful and you look out onto Lincoln square.

Like the previous review, we saw a mouse in the restaurant tonight. Food was good, but obviously feeling disturbed.

There are only two reasons I won’t give a five star. Food was delicious though.
1. Wine was served out of a water/coffee glass. Considering I’m paying $15 per glass, should be in a decent glass.
2. We saw a mouse in the restaurant, going into the red onion drawer. Although we told the waiter, not sure whether she thought it was cute or just a joke. I found this reaction very poor, and staff should have just raised the alarm with the owner. Business continued as normal!
Sort it out please!

Nice pizza, friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere. Well hidden. If I was not told where they where would not have found them.

Have been here several times now and the pasta and pizza are delicious. Staff is friendly. Great place for lunch or for dinner and drinks later on. Can order smaller sized dishes per person or the larger sizes to share.

Good atmosphere, lovely staff, satisfactory service. We all order pizza, great bases and sauce just honestly not enough topping, got the prosciutto and only had a tiny amount, same with the others all round. Also the bathroom is in need of some work and no sink so with shared self salt pinchers on each table makes it a little unhygienic

We waited for 2 hours to get our meal tonight. The service was terrible, and the owner was yelling at his staff.very unprofessional. It ruined our special celebration with my family. Very disappointed, I won't go back there!

A lovely quaint restaurant hidden away from the busy CBD. The food was amazing and the atmosphere great. It would have been 4 stars unfortunately we had a very disgruntled and rude waiter. The other staff were lovely though.
