Kaniva Midway Motel

Good for overnight stay traveling between Melbourne amd Adelaide, and have a dog room if you need it. Quite noisy. Commercial hotel across the road great for dinner.

Staff was very helpful and rooms were clean and comfy. Stay at the motel was worth everything. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable bed and delightful welcome.

While the unit we occupied looked rather ordinary from the outside, inside it was spotless and had everything that anybody could want. On the other hand, being alongside a busy highland meant it was a little noisy.

The room smells curtains falling down lights in bathroom over sink didn't work electric blanket only on one side of the bed.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room was clean and comfortable.
I would stay here again.

Cheap motel at only $75 dollars, very clean and tidy, great location close to hotel for great meals

Always clean and comfortable. Nothing flash, but good value for money. I stop here often if I can't be bothered doing the Melbourne<>Adelaide run in one hit.

A basic no-frills motel. Good for a short stay at modest cost. Friendly staff and easy booking. A pity that the included breakfast has been discontinued due to Covid.

Its not the best I've stayed at but its far from the worst. The bed are comfy and everything you need for a night or two is in the room. Kettle, toaster, microwave and a small bar fridge are all in rooms Just be warned, there are not many dinner choices in Kaniva at the moment. Will recommend Nikki and Jays Pizza and the Community Roadhouse for a good Steak sandwich.

Did not have much expectations.
Rooms are quite old. No free breakfast mentioned due to COVID.room rates where $90 for double bed. We had good night sleep.that’s all we wanted.:)

Rooms are very clean has a great bathroom also free Wi-Fi available very friendly staff and would definitely recommend and would definitely recommend anyone staying in Kaniva to come to this hotel

We appreciated being able to stay at Kaniva Midway Motel. Pleasant owners. The walk through the town looking at the artistically painted sheep is worth the trip there.

The owners could not be more helpful, room extremely comfortable, breakfast was very nice. Highly recommend.

The rooms are always clean and look good for a country motel. They are on the main road so there is traffic noise.

Know the old owner who made many improvements however new owners have done a lot of work to this place and is a good value, no frills motel.

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. I can't say a bad word about this motel! And the nature reserve is almost right next door to the motel so it's perfect to take to kids there

Wonderful budget motel. Definitely dated interior but EXTREMELY clean room and bathroom, which made our over night stay very comfortable. I would recommend and stay here again.

Had the pleasure of a single night stay for business. Wet welcoming after a 15 hour day. Check in was efficient and hospitable. Although the hotel is a small country town motel they Surpass expectations of other city hotels in cleanliness, hospitality and value. Compare this to the south terrace motel in Adelaide (just awful) and we appreciate the small town things you find at the midway. Highly recommend!
