We were looking to have a ring custom made as an heirloom and when we received it was much more impressive than we expected. Anna went above and beyond in delivering the ring we will cherish for generations to come.

I had 3 rings for rhodium plating and resized. I am very happy with the results, they look brand new. The staff member I dealt with was very nice and helpful.

My husband went in to buy a work watch but only had ones abit to pricey. Never showed him the cheaper ones on there website. Made contact on there facebook page & was able to get the one we seen on there website ordered which was great. Had to get links taken out but to 2 goes to get it right. Picked it up on Tuesday no box just put in plastic bag & time & date not even set right.

What a lovely experience today. We went in to buy some diamond studs for our daughter’s upcoming special birthday. We were delighted with our purchase, made special by the way the gift was boxed and wrapped with such care. So surprised to be given 2 x $50.00 vouchers to spend in store. Even got to try on “The Cassie Ring” a stunning topaz with diamond shoulders WOW! Well done Jocelyn & Cassie for making it such a lovely experience. As newcomers to the area we now know where to head to shop for jewellery!
