Everyone is really friendly. I had my engagement and wedding ring resized after having them cut off, they have come back perfect and nice and clean and sparkly.

Reliable and professional watch battery replacement at a reasonable price, ready same day and texted a reminder to pick up. Friendly staff, even when busy.

From the moment l rang the store about replacing watch batteries they were so helpful.
Then when I took my watches in the staff were so lovely nothing was to much bother.

The ladies in the store were very helpful and friendly and professional couldn't do any better but the jeweller was arrogant and rude and more interested in going for a smoke than helping out a customer I give him 1 star because he fixed my chain but I give 5 stars to the staff for putting up with him and being the professional face to his business he doesn't deserve them.

What a great store!
With such an extensive range of lovely pieces, it was difficult to focus on the purpose of my visit. I came in to buy a sterling silver chain ‘with texture’ for a locket I owned but didn’t have with me. The staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly, trying to recreate the look and required length using store lockets, and assured me that I could return if my purchase wasn’t suitable.
Back in town a few weeks later, I popped in with my daughter to show staff how well the chain complimented my locket and we were treated to a free ring clean (5 in total).
The best retail experience I’ve had in ages.
Your staff are a credit to your store. I’m sad that I’m not local!

The ladies who helped us choose a wedding band for my partner were brilliant! We went in 2 or 3 times and tried what seemed like hundreds of rings, they were so patient, really helpful and really engaged in helping us find the right style and fit.
I would highly recommend visiting and browsing their range of wedding bands if you are in the market!
