JM Leech Jewellers

Every time I shop at JM Leech the staff are always so friendly and welcoming. I've had experiences at other jewellery places where it's confronting and snooty, this place is absolutely not like that. Would recommend to anyone!

A very professional approach with the client and a very prompt service was provided. Good to see a family business of several generations still going strong in todays climate.

Not impressed looking for wedding ring up to value $3000 staff more interested to chatting to each other

Having bought my engagement/wedding rings at Leeches 50 years ago it was a delightful experience to return to Leech’s to have the rings resized and cleaned. The staff were so lovely.

Very helpful and great to have a jeweller on site. JM Leech have remodeled quite a few items of jewellery for me and the quality is exceptional.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. However I was very disappointed when I got home and went to put on my new silver earrings one of the clips would not clip and was very loose this issue was at the shop when Zi purchased the earrings and the lady at the counter took it too the jeweller. Not sure why both earrings were not checked

I walked in not wanting a watch, I then left wearing a new watch. Options were plenty and thanks to Georgia for guiding and helping me select my new accessory.

I had 3 gorgeous bangles but unfortunately they were hollow & dented easily. After speaking to Georgia March sales lady extraordinaire, I took my bangles into have them melted down into solid ones (Georgia and Cassie were fantastic & suggested I take in old unworn & broken pieces to have melted & added to the bangles as well) I collected them today and they are stunning! Excellent service, great to have a jewellers on site for repairs and the ladies were super helpful.

Professional attitude but extremely empathetic to my situation. Makes me want to return soon. The voucher I received when I bought jewelry in February for my daughter's 21st was a lovely touch.

After visiting another jeweller who was totally disinterested in assisting my partner and I to purchase wedding rings we dropped into Leeches. We were greeted by Petrina who spent over an hour taking us through the various options for our rings. She was just wonderful, so friendly and helpful. We returned the following week and purchased our two rings. Fantastic service and highly recommended. A huge thank you to Petrina for her service and assistance.
