Bloody good pizzas, ordered 3 times now. Loaded with toppings and good base, finally found a reliable pizza shop

Worst pizzas I have ever ate in my life, wish I knew how to upload photos to this. I ordered just 2 pizza's and they took 2 hours to deliver when I live 3 minutes down the road. The magarita was completely dark brown severely burnt cheese everywhere and the crust was black! Went straight into the bin. We were starving so ate a little bit of the second pizza (a vegetarian) way too many toppings, I don't understand how people can like that the topping made the pizza slices about 4 cms thick, of course that means it doesn't cook properly and all the moisture pools to the middle half of the pizza so while the top had burnt dark brown cheese the bottom was disgusting completely soggy and watery floppy pizza. Disgraceful. I would like a refund! Stop ripping people off! After I searched for your shop I found a lot of other bad reviews on social media about this shop and a couple of ex employees also said the shop is putridly dirty in the kitchen. Feeling very sick now.

Always ordered from Point Cook Jessies pizza but was in the area and went to the Hoppers Crossing one. After seeing the pizzas we drove back and asked for a refund. Burnt crust & really dry chicken, the whole pizza just looked really unappetising. We explained why we were unhappy and asked for a refund, the guy helping us went back and started making new pizzas until the manager asked him if he was sure we wanted new pizzas - why would we want new pizzas? Dont go here. You will be disappointed. Took our refund and drove straight to Point Cooks Jessies pizzas. We got a free drink and customer service was GREAT!

How is this shop still functioning is beyond me.

And then I ask for a little extra ham only to be told that it'll be $1 extra.

After waiting 15 mins on top of my estimated delievery time my delivery finally gets here to find I’ve be given a coke instead of Coke Zero which frustrates me completely because I’m diabetic and I have now brought something I cannot even drink and then I open my pizza box and my pizza hasn’t even been cut! I called them and the blame it on the new trainee and can only offer me a sorry that is all
No customer service skills what so ever
And no pizza skills what so ever as I don’t even have a cut pizza

I usually order from the point cook one but lastnight i didnt realize it was hoppers.i buy same pizza from point cook all the time.hoppers one was disappointment pizza was late.was cold nd taste like its the one you buy from coles.topping wasnt cook but cheese was burnt crust was burnt.they also forgot my large ice cream nd took them hours to redeliver i was in bed at 11pm

Doesn't even deserve a comment. Do not order anything. You have been warned. (Their wedges smell like and taste like fish.)

Used to have great pizzas now looks homemade smaller not round and the base tastes pretty bad.was our go to pizza store now will no longer be a customer.

Pizza arrived 2 hours after I ordered it
Called the shop twice, they said the delivery boy left at 7pm he finally arrived at my place 45min (3km Drive) later with a stone cold greasy pizza

I order pizza with the lot nearly every Friday. Usually it is a great pizza. This week it was rubbish. Way less than usual toppings, way more edge crust exposed than usual, tasted over cooked. If they’re going take their regular customers for granted, I will go elsewhere.

Absolutely disgusting pizza. Extremely floury and salty, seemed undercooked. Caused nausea for the rest of the day. Won't be ordering from here again.

Mistakenly ordered from here again, forgot about my first experience. The pizza sauce was so sweet it probably caused a cavity. Whole thing was undercooked too!

1st pizza we ordered was the best pizza ever
2nd pizza they forgot our order we had to rong an hour later and then they delivered the coldest uncooked pizza
3rd time we gave them the benefit of the doubt and no more chances Jessies's pizza
Tonights pizza was horrid

Delicious pizzas and fantastic customer service.
Ordered a family size the lot without olives, unfortunately came covered in olives (much to my fiances delight and my disgust). Called and without even having to discuss they told me the new one would be ready in 15mins and apologised.
The pizza was delicious and had so many toppings I was full after 2 peices.
Will most definitely be going back. Thank you!

Took an hour and a half to arrive we were told an hour.
Pizza didn't taste good and was cold.
Chips were undercooked and soggy when they arrived my little son spat out the first chip he tried.
Pasta was undercooked, tasteless and cold.
Chicken schnitzel was cold and mushy.
Garlic bread was ok, pretty hard to stuff up something pre-packaged.
Spectacular failure.
