Great work from the 2 staff that were working on their own under extremely business circumstances without support from management.
A number of times customers were informed of long delay due to staff shortage, but they still coped abuse. There is no need for it in these times.
Pizzas & pasta were absolutely fantastic, I'll be ordering again from them.

I work here, the boss doesn't wear any gloves while making pizzas nor does he wash them. The place is a bit dirty and old but its alright, I don't recommend coming here unless if I'm there, I wash my hands then put gloves on the make pizzas.

Guys guys guys wow! Pasta had more salt in it than an anchovies you no what and parma was burnt beyond regognition. Chips were yellow for what ever reason aswell. Seriously if you want to continue in this game yous need to have a long hard look at yourselves.rang sevaral times after pickup but no answer.will be calling in soon to have a chat.

It seems they have a whole bunch of new staff. Also the bbq chicken pizza with pineapple was the best I'm very happy with the service I have received when I made my order 10/10 would recommend the pizza is awesome tasting will definitely buy again

Ordered pizza and found it burnt badly. Sauce and topping's taste was also changed.just wastage of money. Never ever buy again

2 whole hours for 1 pizza from a store a mere 15 minutes away is outrageous, even on a busy night an hour would be the most I'd anticipate to wait for my food to be delivered. The customer service was also an added displeasure when calling for an updated ETA on our dinner the staff were unapologetic and unwilling to listen to the customers which was clearly displayed when I was hung up on not once but twice mid sentence. When the food did finally arrive, the quality, appearance and taste were dismal.
I also expect when paying extra for added amounts of toppings and sauces to genuily see the difference my money has acquired. Never will I be a customer of Jesse's pizza hoppers crossing again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. I'm a big supporter in independent local businesses but honestly I would have rathered gone and wasted my money on some overly processed, unnatural, preserveitive filled domino's.

First time I have been here, ordered the Garlic Focacia (Cheese Garlic Pizza), BBQ Chicken and Penne Carbonara pasta. Good pizza's, really liked that pizza's not too oily.flavour was good, the pasta was nice too.a really enjoyable meal for our take-out night. My kids and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Thank you.

Picked up my pizzas, really enjoyed it! Toppings are generous and it's not oily or salty like pizza hut or domino's. Will definitely buy again! Well worth the price.

While it might be good value and quick, sadly you get what you pay for. Plenty of toppings but next to no flavour, which is a shame. I’m afraid this will be my only visit, I’ll have to find another local pizza place.

The pizza didn't seem fresh, like it was too toasted or old. I was on time to pick it up and the family size is smaller than some of its competition

Ordered a parma, was so disappointed they use the heart chicken from the Coles deli.aswell as not many chips with the parma. The pizza was also not very good.maybe its also a Coles pizza base? Use real chicken to make parma and ill come back.

I arranged several pizzas to be sent using the stores online ordering system. Not only were they organised and pizzas's delivered on time. The Pizzas were absolutely delicious. The customer service has to be BEST that I have ever received. Its the only Pizza place that I recommend to all my friends in the area. Just want to say Thank you.

This is by far the worst pizza restaurant I have been to in recent times, and I am a serious food critic.

I requested a supeme and asked to remove mushrooms and prawns. I asked the lady if she could place extra pineapple in the place of just the mushrooms that I requested to remove, she refused and said it would cost extra, regardless. And then when my brother asked her if a lot of chips come with the parma, she said not a lot.

This restaurant does not care about its customer base or its food.

I also ordered a chicken parma, its not even fresh, its the same as what you get from the Coles deli and the garlic bread must be Coles brand.

I do NOT recommend this restaurant!

Worst pizza and customer service i ever had. Tonight I have ordered margarita pizza but when i picked a slice cheese fell down from base. I told them to make it again or give my money back they answered rudely. The lady on the front counter with glasses and curly hairs was very rude. Even they were working with loose hairs no caps and gloves.

Great value for money. Had a pleasant experience on every visit. Friendly staff and good customer service overall

Terrible pizza and worst experience i have ever had in my life.i have ordered margarita pizza it was over baked the cheese was felling from base then i went to return the pizza same time the lady on the front counter refused to make it again or give my money back. After that i throwed it into the bin over there infront of them they were f.laughing.the lady was so rude and had attitude she was continuously arguing.

Amazing value for money! Staff were very helpful when I called and delivery was quick. Yummy food!

Picked up my food to find my garlic bread was burnt on the bottem I ring the shop to be told I didn't order food from them yet the proof of call us on my call history disappointing I was expecting freebies just wanting to let them know

Got my order wrong. But they did make up for it by giving me the pizza for free and making me the correct pizza.

Great pizza. Orders ready very quick and have great amount of topping. Only downer is they charge too much for delivery compared to other shops so I pick up. I refuse to pay $10 delivery when the shop is only 2km from my house. That aside, nicest tasting pizza in the area.
