Order frequently and love the pizzas. I feel improvement is possible on the customer service side. Often have trouble getting through to place order by phone.

Don’t order online using the Oz food hunter website. They completely stuffed up our order and would not give us a refund. Time was also majorly out.

Lived near Jessies Pizza for years and it’s always been up and down, depending on who manages it at the time. Lately, here in late 2023 we’ve been enjoying the pizza again!

We decided to take a chance a couple of weeks back after years of avoiding the place, and we were glad we did. The family loved the Meatlovers pizza. We ordered again today and the pizza was tasty - good balance of toppings and the base was nice and doughy.

Only giving 4 stars though as the online ordering platform they use when you click on “website” on Google (redirects to OzFoodHunter) is absolutely terrible. They messed up our order with a technical glitch and wouldn’t fix or refund. I would give 5 once they get rid of OzFoodHunter and use a trusted ordering platform as default like Menulog.

The worse pizaa ever. I ordered chicken tandoori from uber eats and there was so much water in the pizza with no taste, i think they did not cook it well and the water from onion was still in the pizza. I threw whole pizza in the bin after first slice

Always great service from one of the girls Rhiannon. She is friendly and works fast. Her pizzas are lovely
We have brought the 10 pizza deal a couple of times and it's the best for parties.

Ordered via ubereats wrong pizza delivered. To bad if your hungry and have to make do with a margarita. Not good enough.

2 slices of a family sized pizza is more than enough when starving. Different flavoured pizzas to suit most tastes. Never been disappointed after ordering from here. 8/10!

Do not bother wasting your time and money ordering online. They say there is no order even though acknowledgment is received online. Shop is dirty. Pizza cook wears a hoodie on a 37 degree day sweating all over the food. So unhygienic. Definitely a blessing the order wasnt received.

I’m writing this review after having my food from there after 6 to 7 times. Best part is I’m always having the same best taste and every time i liked more and more even. Best pizza in Melbourne so far. They always give fresh food. Try Chicken Tandoori pizza you’ll love that. Customer service is good too. Person named Yash on front desk was very polite and humble Highly recommended place.

Ordered 1st time and I had the worst experience as the pizza was all soggy, I added on one extra egg and it was not cooked properly. Although they add heaps of vegetables on pizza but they must have sense to cook all the veges properly along with egg. Its not just the veges that add taste to the pizza but the way of cooking as well.

Very bad customer service. There are literal kids running this place. Twice in a row very bad service. Took one hr just to make a small pizza

First time ordering from here, the pizza was soggy to the point the bottom of the box broke. The garlic bread gave my 3 year old food poisoning. Do not recommend

Ask for no onions on pizza. Guess what we got onions. 2 Fridays in row.

They replace it but had to pick up everytime.

Fresh, heaps of topping and cheaper than other local pizzerias.) l would suggest trying them if you havent lately

Full of mold. We called them and they said the breads were fresh. We went to the store to complain and when they showed multiple "fresh" garlic breads from the back as proof they are fresh they had even MORE mould than mine. DISGUSTING.

Bought 2 garlic bread. They were both mouldy. Rang to complain and the manager said over the phone that they were made fresh. Then drove to the shop to find out that all the garlic bread from the whole box were full of mould as well. Then the manager changed his story and blamed there supplier. Have pick and video evidence. The council should step in to checkout there kithen. Never again would we buy from there!
