50Selection and price are okay, but trying to get service here is not easy. In such a big shopping centre it isn't the best size for this type of store.
Moderate sizes store with a moderate range of products across each category. Hard to find things instore
Not exactly wild big spender on 4K bluray movies or CD albums because of internet movie streaming like Stan or NetFlix, YouTube and music app Spotify on Xbox One S console. When I do spend only when 20% discount time limit special period on 4K bluray movies 2 for $40 plus 20% = $32 - is like buy one get one for free mainly few months plus recent release movies
Mo was so helpful when my Mum had to buy a new phone. He transferred everything over for her so it was working right away, and it's great that there is a Samsung in the centre for any further help needed. He also offered to do the same for me when I update my iPad so I hope he's still there! You can mock "fountain lakes" all you like but there is everything you need there, all the people were friendly and helpful. I'm a convert without doubt. Well done.

Went there for a warranty claim. The staff very helpful. Sorted out in no time even though I didn't buy the item from that store.
Good store plenty of stock, it's quite hard to find staff but once you find one they are always helpfull
This jb hi fi store is great but what I have found that they ussually don't have enough staff so you do have to find a staff member
Also I have had a bad experience in there I was looking at some security cameras and I was waiting to ask some question and the staff member decided to ignore me for about 30 min and he served several people before I decided to go to the front desk to get help
In my opinion I would prefer to go to the jb near bunnings
